“Sorry it's taken me a few days to get this review done. I'm just woken up from a tiramisu coma. I believe my wife who ordered it and Tiffany that made it are for some reason conspiring to murder me. It's been a few years since I have had the delight of eating the tiramisu from Baked and Sconed as they don't make it very often. For my birthday my wife says that she had a surprise for me and proceeds to hand me a turkey roasting pan covered in foil. It was so heavy I almost dropped it. I thought she was being cute and had packed the new wrench set that I was wanting in the pan based on the weight that can only be described as boat anchorish. As I peeled back the layer of foil, a golden glow hit me in the face. It was like the scene out of Pulp Fiction when Samuel Jackson opened the briefcase and showed Marcellus Wallace's soul. I immediately took this sacred package into the kitchen rummaged through the silverware drawer to find the biggest spoon that would fit into my mouth and began to hover over it growling and elbowing anyone that came close to me. My child wanted a bite, and I scared her off so bad that I haven't seen her in a couple days. The taste can only be described as what it must be like to have an angel take a dump directly on my tongue. It was glorious. Hats off to Tiffany for doing it right as always and for not charging extra for the forklift rental that it certainly must have taken to get it into the car.“

“Over priced for the quality of the food. The food has been better in the past. The pie is still great. We had to request ketchup and addition napkins. The other servers were unwillingly to help our server . It was lunch time and they were not that busy. You know 10 years ago the restaurants encountered folks to use credit cards, now the restaurants charges you a fee for using them. I'm thinking that I should start deducting the 3% from the tip and make the restaurants make up the difference. I always tip and most of the time over 20%. I would like this restaurant consider offering free coffee when you order their high price pie.“

“My favorite place! They do seem understaffed which is probably something the owner needs to attend to but the manager and employees are always smiling and moving quickly to get smoothies out.“

“Pickup only. I think you are supposed to order ahead. I didn't know what I was at first. Once I got it, I was even more excited about the food. I ordered the nachos and they did not disappoint. Super loaded and full of flavor!The chef was very friendly.The only downside was that half of them were soggy once I got home, but that was to be expected. They came with utensils, though :)

“I'm sure you have heard about lunch or dinner in this quaint little corner of the Georgetown square, but we went for a work BREAKFAST! As a local business owner, I love to check out our local venues!

Atmosphere: Honestly when I was deciding where to have this meeting, I was looking for a cozy atmosphere. There are a million places with a commercial feel, but I wanted to sit in a historic room with a real wood floor while I sipped a latte and discussed a business plan.

Food: The quiche Florentine was amazing! Rye toast with homemade jam! Professional latte!

Service: Personal. Timely. Without pretentious comment.“

“Delicious! We went to Germany last Fall, and had a hankering for Doner. Lo and behold, there was this place just around the corner from our stay! We both ordered the lamb and beef for our protein, of course! My SO had the plate, and I, the box. Ate mine as a salad and enjoyed every bite with my add-on olives. They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. Want something in between with a little bite? Go with my favorite, the Spicy cilantro!“

“My husband and I happened to come across this restaurant when we were at the Arabic grocery store next door. I am so glad we did! The ladies went above and beyond to serve us and were so sweet! “This location is a coin flip when it comes to quality for my wife and I. Sometimes service is amazing. Sometimes it’s a crew of unenthused staff. We have had good luck sitting at the bar, though. Asked for my Democrat taco to be well done, which the back of the house ignored. One of the easiest flaws to fix, however, is that they can install a WiFi for customers to use. The reception in Stonehill is horrible and even worse indoors. Sometimes I’d like to send a text or check something out on my phone while I eat. Seems extremely simple to fix. Since I’m in a good mood after a visit I will recommend.“

“We always stop here when driving from Austin to Dallas. It's my mom's favorite falooda she has had from any place in Texas. Love the fact they even have halal calzones too. Everything is cooked well and service is excellent too. Not surprising since the owner is from Karachi's famous food street. Last time we came by the owner was working and he was gracious enough to let us use his bathroom to change into our clothes for a wedding we were running late to. Hope they expand and open more locations!“

“This is our favorite breakfast place in the area. And I mean breakfast like pancakes and bacon, not brunch. I have a different category for brunch!

My Keurig wasn't working when my dad was staying over and I took him here thinking he might like the coffee here, and I was so right!! He loved this restaurant so much that he said if he lived here, he would eat here every day!! It's SUPER hard to get a review like that from my dad! He's pescatarian (and sometimes chicken because the dr says he needs it) and there are lots of options for him, too.

His review aside, I liked the sandwich too for dinner that they have on weeknights. I love that the servers seem like they like working here. I hope they all keep up the good work!!“

“I've never been to the restaurant since I live in South Austin, however I was lucky enough to discover their products-- cherry pie and Mud Pie Crusties (!!!!) at Peoples Rx - Keeping Austin Well Since 1980 . I kept checking the label because I couldn't believe the crust was GF -its dry and flakey just like the Pillsbury ready-made pie crust my mom used to use! That texture and taste is hard to find among gluten-free goods. My favorite way to treat myself when I have a sweet tooth!!! Will certainly visit restaurant when I'm up that way!“
