“Went to this location as a first-timer and I have to tell you, I have never had a fast food experience as awesome as this one, ever! The food was incredibly fresh and hot...like straight out of the fryer hot. I had to let mine cool down a bit before eating it, but you can't get fresher than that! The chicken was crispy, juicy and very well seasoned. (Note: The Carolina Reaper is not for the faint of heart. Unlike other places that simply name a mild or watered down sauce 'Reaper,' Hot Dave's uses ACTUAL Carolina Reaper powder. I have to admit, it caught me off guard so much, that I had to take it down a notch to the 'Extra Hot' flavor, which was absolutely perfectly SPICY, spicy and flavorful.)

You can tell that the GM, Rodney, really cares about his restaurant, employees and level of service because the restaurant was spotless, bathroom was super clean, the employees especially the cashier (Marley) was incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient (for us 1st-timers.) I was also surprised to see Rodney wiping down tables and checking on the customers, asking, 'How is everything? Everything good so far?' You only see that at VERY few fast food restaurants. (You better watch out, Chic-fil-A...Rodney's coming for you!)

“I usually get the tender meals here (sometimes with fries or mac & cheese) and most of the time it's flavorful & fresh, & the customer service is always good, which sadly is rare these days. The spicy tenders are amazing...hope they will stay on the menu.“

“Our local Chick-fil-A next to the Irving Mall is the best! The staff is always super friendly and keeps things running smoothly, even when it’s crazy busy. You can tell they really care about the community too. The Fall Festival last weekend was awesome — games, giveaways, a game truck, and a petting zoo! My kids had a blast, and we even won a gift basket. Big thanks to Pammela for organizing everything — she did an amazing job!“

“Food was amazing (i did drive thru) however a lady was unprofessional. We had two SEPARATE orders one for my sister and the other was for me. When it came to the other order after my sisters, my sister was telling her the name of the separate order which was my name, and she said “no ma’am ur name” if someone does separate orders it means someone else is gonna order but will pay for their own. After it was done she left and i saw she rolled her eyes. I want someone different next time.“
