McDonald's in Irving

“I wish all of my experiences with McDonald's were like this. I went inside to order the young lady at the counter. Was very articulate, very helpful. It's polite. I'm professional. It took a minute to get my fries, but I watched her as she handled all the customers complete professionalism. Every mcdonald's should have associates like this“

“All this good, but they don't have the cryspi chicken biscuit, and this is a problem for me, because is the most delicious sandwich in the morning,

And sometimes the vanilla ice coffe has a different flavor, i don't understand why
And now they dont have de cryapi chicken“

“It's a McDonald's; It's just like every other one. The service is quick and the orders I placed are always right, although they do sometimes miss adding separate condiments in the bag. The only thing I don't like about the inside is they don't have a soda dispenser so you'll have to ask the people upfront for a refill every time.“

“The hours listed are confusing. Multiple signs on the building say drive-thru open 24 hours (as well as on this site), but one morning I was told by staff that it was closed until 5.
Tried again this morning (it's the only thing open besides donuts this early). I was 2 cars back and their orders were taken, so I thought that the other day was a fluke. The same staff person sent me away again at 4:57 because they didn't start serving breakfast until 5. I was asked to go wait in the parking lot and wait until 5, and by the time I pulled into a space (4:58?) 2 more vehicles pulled into the drive thru, their orders taken, and at least 1 was breakfast. So, what happened in the 2-3 minutes I was asked to wait? Did the hamburgers magically turn into breakfast foods?
I do try to be conscious of business times and know employees are short-staffed, but this seems a little too...wishy-washy (for lack of a better term so early in the morning waiting for the caffeine to kick in)“

“Joshua has the most upbeat energy. His demeanor uplifted me on my exhausting break and he is full of Christmas spirit. I’ve never heard a more genuinely kind and enthusiastic McDonald’s employee. Not only does he need a raise he needs a promotion. I went out of my way to ask who took my order because he wasn’t at check out in the drive thru. He was incredible! Go Joshua!“

“I mentioned to the manager how different the store is versus a year ago. I noticed smiling happy staff that gave extra attention to customers. Store was very clean and welcoming. The manager mentioned had been there 6 months. We congratulated him and his staff for such a big difference in experience. Even the wrapping and boxing for burgers and Big Macs looked carefully prepared with perfect perportion. Great caring staff make great stores and great food. It trickles down. Congrats on now being one of the best McDonald's out there. What a turn around. I hope owners keep the focus on staff as they are doing now. We will be back now.“

I know we can get hangry at times. Including my self lol ? but think about how many guest they have to attend to while meeting our needs. 10/10 recommend“

“For parents out there you have to know that this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s out there! I am always happy to come here and see the staff making sure that tables and floor is taking care of! The playground does not have the obnoxious tv-computers for kids to play with.
