We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless.
