“I had a great experience at my local Subway thanks to Norma. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome. She really knows her stuff and helped me pick out some tasty combinations for my sandwich. The team took their time to make sure everything was just right, and their positive energy made my visit enjoyable. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by.“

“It's an old school sandwich shop that doesn't try fancy tricks, trendy bullshit, or a wild menu to get customers. The simplicity and old school feel make me enjoy coming in and the roast beef on that homemade bread keep me coming back at least once a week. Can't recommend enough of you want a hot sandwich in downtown.“

“They have the most friendly staff ever. They greet you when you walk in, talk to you and ask you how your day is and just make you feel welcomed. “I like the fried bun texture as a unique take on everyday sandwiches. The price is also reasonable. Tried the ham & cheese and it was packed.

The shop interior does show its age - but maybe upgrade some of it to at least not to be too dated overall“

“Delicious and good price. I especially wanted to note that despite how busy they were, all employees were exceedingly kind to me and all other customers. At the end of our meal, one even asked us how our food was and that was very kind of her.“

“This is prolly the best subway I’ve gotten. Like every single bite of it made me want to order more. Idk who made it when I went to go pick it up. But the girl had it ready and most impressive part was how it was ready for pick up. Like clean and neat. I did end up eating in the store and it was quiet and clean. There were only two people working at this time so I am assuming they both made this but, I’ve to say that this as till today was the best Chicken Teriyaki sandwich I’ve had at subway. Respect to the staff. Shouts out to them. Wish I knew their name but 05/31: 04:25/04:30ish pm pick up order.
Thank you guys“

“Sometimes not all employees really want to be making sandwiches even though the vegetables are fresh looking and all.If that sandwich you ordered isn't made with at least a little love it will completely fall apart if it ain't cut in half all the way bread tears off wrong making a mess get Xtra napkins with any type of ordered food is what I learned so I do just that .employees are great good job“

“I loooooove their sandwiches, especially the lobster and scampi!!!!

“Everything was very good. Restaurant is clean, veggies were fresh . I liked my sandwhich but as a former subway manager I feel inclined to mention that the artist who made my sandwhich did not follow the formulas.... I ordered the same sandwhich from two different locations and they both tasted completely different because the store by Kroger followed formulas and this one didn't . I eat my sandwhich anyway it was still very good. Just something for management to look at it's a small pet peeve of mine“

“When I saw this place, I knew I had to check it out. I was thinking that they probably have some of the best stuff anyone could possibly want to purchase. So, I went in and to my surprise this place was comparable to most. I was not underwhelmed, maybe just had higher expectations. Still a good place you should check out.“

“Juliettte is the best. When I'm hit with indecision she has the best recommendations or at least knows food. I swear she makes one sandwich soothe the soul of a warrior of a long day.

Good store, Mostly clean. Pretty up-to-date might be an old location but just a testament to the professionalism. Everything always seems tidy when I go in there for Lunch“

“This subway is hands down best in area and open 24hrs...super awesome .. I've tried 2 others one close by and pass them both to go to this location ..so yeah best around... they only ones that can make bad ass salad i know that sounds simple but it's not so simple to the other locations at all“

“the 2 gals, jubely and her coworker were great host, totally nailed my sandwich l, I know is not much to make a sandwich but at the end it looked just like the picture and totally take pride in their work. the place was clean and it they where quick to prep it too, awesome service“

“When I walked in I noticed the line of people. Then, I noticed the customer ordering was on the phone asking someone how they wanted their sandwich, ordering 3 or 4 total. David was working and handling it like a champ for being solo. Shortly after another employee showed up and together they knocked the line down quickly. Had it not been for the customer on the phone, there wouldn't have been much of a line.“

“My regular subway! Fast, friendly, and the food is always fresh and on point. Good honest employees here, my girlfriend left her phone on a dining room table and an employee named Marco caught with us in the parking lot before we left and returned her phone! That is rare these days to have employee go beyond! Will be back.. Thanks Marco“

“I’ve been grabbing the 6 piece boneless wing meal for a bit now on my way home now and then and for 7.03 after tax it’s a damn good deal. Definitely a good bang for the buck especially since the wings are pretty good for how cheap they are and the fries are always great and fresh.“

“Hello,
I couldn’t wait to make this review! First off I just have to say everything I ordered was so good! Tasted very fresh and made with love and care! It’s very clean no weird smells! Very welcoming! However the server named Jenny is amazing! You can tell she actually cared about getting your food prepared at the customers satisfaction…she even ask you is it to your liking! As I paid for the food I definitely tipped her because she made me feel like I mattered and the food was definitely worth it! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Extremely satisfied!“

“Sandwiches were great and fresh. A lot of options with the new subway menu. Had an excellent Subway Club with fresh bread.Ladies were a bit timid and the power went out for a long while so no refill and no credit card purchases, very odd. Still, even though, nice experience, great food“

“THIS.WHICH WICH.ROCKS! The ladies behind the counter are so sweet and great at what they do. Their attitude is super positive, making it feel like a restaurant and not a fast food joint. Even thought they get super busy with app deliveries and catering orders, they make sure the walk in customers get personal attention and fast food. The sandwiches are awesome and fresh, and their shakes make you so full. We try to make it down there at least once a week with the guys from the office. If they are reading this, they probably know who I am. Thank you ladies! And don't forget to leave a cash tip, they work hard.“

“This subway is the best I have ever been to. Its on a horrible part of town but ill risk life and limb to go there for lunch. The service is fast and the store is always clean. The manager is the only one I ever see working there and she's so friendly. I honestly look forward to getting lunch here.“

“Located inside the gas station. The day I went there was only 1 person working at the Subway. He was very nice and patient, even though it was non-stop for him. He managed to take care of it alone. I have 4 stars only because even though he was working by himself, he shouldn't have had too. Not sure where his other team members were, but he was doing a great job.“

“This location was spotless clean , when I entered. I went in to simply buy an adam Sandler cup for my wife. And the employee suggested itll be cheaper with the meal since itll only be a dollar. Both Connie and mimi had the absolute best customer service I have ever received in any establishment. These ladies went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was taken care of. Subway I hope you know Connie and mimi are of great asset to your establishment. This location is out of my way but itll be my go to subway from now on because of these two amazing employees of yours.“

“NOAH !!!! The entire staff ! They don’t get paid enough to deal with irate customers !! The young man was insulted and threatened and he didn’t lose his composure.. over a honest mistake . Literally drive thru and pull in to threaten to chunk soda at him … ABSOLUTELY NOT on my watch !!! Nevertheless , Noah , great great job ! I appreciate your customer service and your managers on duty was OVERLY understanding and made sure that we as waiting customers were well token care of with coupons and a free ice cream ! I have never eaten there before but I will be back !!! Noah !! Again ! Great job“

“I had a wonderful experience at Subway on Spencer thanks to the two ladies working during my visit. They were incredibly kind, professional, and humble, and they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in.

The restaurant was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant dining experience. Both employees worked efficiently and stayed focused while still providing excellent customer service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.

Great service like this deserves recognition. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive one—I will definitely be back!“

“Subway cookies are honestly way better than people expect from a sandwich place. They’re usually soft and chewy, not dry, with just a tiny bit of crispness around the edges when they’re fresh. The chocolate chip is the classic go-to: gooey chocolate, buttery flavor, and not overly sweet. Simple, comforting, does exactly what it needs to do.“
