“The Jacksonville Pizza Hut is the Go-To for lunch outings with my teen granddaughter - we find it far superior to all other Pizza Huts we've tried. We attribute this to 1) the extremely PLEASANT and always ACCOMMODATING manager, Sarah; 2) the top-notch FRESHNESS, CLEANLINESS and VARIETY of the buffet; and 3) the obvious ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SERVICE. And by the way, reasons #2 and 3# are most likely attributed to #1 - proper oversight by the supervisor, who is almost always on site. Our loyalty to this restaurant lies in large part to the management and staff who word hard at delivering a great product at a good value, and always with a winning attitude. That deserves to be rewarded with loyalty since we seem to be living in a realm of complacency. Plainly put: Our hometown Pizza Hut is the bomb-diggity - and so are the people behind it!“

“Whataburger as a whole is declining rapidly. For a while now when you order a burger the patty is dry and sometimes falling apart. Tge bun is almost stale and the cheese is cold and hasn’t even begun to start melting.
Unless you go at odd times like 2 in the morning then you can get a fresh cooked burger most of the time that is awesome!
Another words Whataburger despite their claim of cooked when you order is no longer true. It’s obvious during peak hours the patty’s are precooked and sit around for a while.“

“The food was just okay today. My bun was stale but my iced tea was good and cold. Still a favorite for me and the kids.

Kid-friendliness: Their chicken nuggets are preferred by my daughters over the competition. They offer a self serve soda machine with seemingly endless options. It is a big hit with the kids.“

“Can't go lower than 1 star. Don't know how good the food was since I couldn't get waited on. Only person in line. 3 employees walked past me and never said a word. Stay away unless you don't mind being treated like an inconvenience. Jacksonville tx, the only town I know of that had a Jack in the Box go out of business.
UPDATE: Much better now that a new crew is in charge. Very efficient, place is clean. Food is up to par now. Have eaten there quite a few times since the staff has changed.“
