I think it's hard to make a bad pizza... but I had an enjoyable experience and would gladly visit again.“

“Came here this past weekend & our experience was great! I got the create your own pasta with Alfredo sauce-mushrooms-green peppers and onions-broccoli-Parmesan cheese with spaghetti noodles and my husband got the Diavolo pasta the way it comes, with hot fried chicken as the protein. We also got the garlic dough and the Parmesan Piada sticks with ranch and let’s just say, we could eat those all day long! The blackberry hibiscus lemonade was fire! We will definitely be back! “We love this place. In my opinion, they have the best cheese enchiladas in town. The enchiladas are always hot and gooey with cheese. I get them with onions. I also love the beef fajita taco ala Mexicana. It's not on the menu. It's basically a beef fajita taco with grilled tomatoes, onions, and Serrano peppers. Prepare your mouth for some peppery heat because the Serranos pack a lot of heat. The salsa is always spot on. The tortilla chips are just your standard chips. As a side note, be prepared to wait for a table during peak hours, usually between 5 and 7.“

“Discovered this little place several years ago when rebuilding our house after the COE send 5' of black water into our home. It was hot, no AC and no bathroom as the house had been gutted. The deli had also flooded but rebuilt quickly so they could feed their area neighbors. The food is fresh, made in front of you. They have beautiful wraps, sandwiches and salads. This litttle place survived a flood and covid 19. You have to credit them with not giving up, as many area restaurants shuttered. Thank you.“

It's usually a basic girl happy hour spot; we decided to come for lunch instead. Ambiance is the upscale casual Italian vibe that's been going around everywhere inside the loop recently. We ordered the meatballs and calamari as apps for the table. The meatball was lukewarm and an unsuccessful reheat; I was not a fan of the tomato sauce with the cheese either. The fried calamari dish was also a bit oily with a disappointing batter. Both are a bit disappointing compared to expectations. I ordered the prosciutto and fig pizza and a side of brussel sprouts for the main. The pizza had a nice crust and was pretty solid. The pizza was a bit heavy on the crust rather than mostly topping but had good flavor and execution. The sprouts with the pine nuts was also a nice touch but a bit on the salty side. Overall, I preferred what I ordered at their uptown location and definitely missed on ordering some of their better dishes this time. Definitely should've done some pasta and different apps. The meatballs and calamari were a miss for me but the pizza made up a bit for them. Order carefully!“

“This was my first time here - a great little Thai place off of 249 and Gessner. It is counter service, but the staff was friendly and fast, and the food came out fairly quickly. When you order water, not only do they bring glasses of water, but also an additional carafe so you don't have to constantly order refills. They also give you a small veggie egg roll and salad with your entree order, which was unexpected, but very nice. When I got there, I saw they didn't offer my favorite Thai dish (raad na) but when I asked they said it was no trouble to whip it up for me. It was delicious, and the portions are large. My friends also enjoyed their dishes (pad thai and pad see ew). Would reccommend!“

I did express to our server one particular area where the boards on the wooden ramp were missing causing a huge hazard for children. I ordered the cookie crumble topping again but when I opened the bag at work it was granola. I was a bit disappointed because that cookie topping is AMAZING. I still ate every bite of the granola topping and yogurt but with a sad heart.“
