“Went here on a whim, the place was a ghost town at 3 pm on a Thursday , I love that ! The only let down was no beer or alcohol ( what bbq joint in Texas does not have alcohol)? Moving on…. We went to get some pizza and they were pleasantly unexpectedly good! I had the Hawaiian my boyfriend had an all meat that he made him self . Crust was great not to thin or to thick.the 12 inch pizza were a little pricey but what isn’t now days … so can’t really complain . The reason for scoring the service low was the dark hair/beared guys was very unfriendly not just to us but others who came in as we were leaving. I won’t mind stopping in again would love to build my next pizza“

“We came here after checking out Pecan street brewing. Place had many open tables and our party of 8 was told to wait outside. Glad we decided to come to Proof and Cooper instead. Instantly sat down, served drinks and waited on. India was an excellent waitress. Food was fantastic. Our party had a few chicken fried chickens that were cooked perfectly, chicken fried steak, a loaded potato with brisket and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was served on the softest ciabatta bread I've ever had. We will definitely stop by again the next time we're in town. Thanks again India for the excellent service.“
