“Every time I go, I find a 'new' favorite. Quesabirria plate is my favorite this week. The food's great, you won't be disappointed and is so pretty inside, like going into a museum of Mexican art. The environment is so nice and people who work there, very friendly.”

But mind your manners or you will notice a swift change in attitude from the staff and customers. Great place for that after work beverage to unwind. “We were looking to try something new. La Mesa was pretty good. Lindsey is a great waitress and offered great recommendations. The food style reminded me a lot of Frijoles, but that's fine. The menu was smaller, but they offered all the staples. We split the enchilada trio with borracho beans. The beef enchilada in green sauce was our favorite. The atmosphere/dining experience was great. Love how spacious and comfortable everything is. 8 out of 10 Definitely will consider coming out here again next time we are in Joshua.”

“I had a bad experience but I am disabled and this has been my favorite fast food place since moving here 3 yrs ago. During Covid my only place. The only time I eat tacos are on Tuesday. I only get them once a month and I found out I was saying I want the 3 taco combo and I guess for 2 yrs the cashier has always been smarter than me and rings up the 3 for $3 and the drink separate as a good person thinking on there feet and giving the customer the best deal. I ordered 1 extra taco and my meal was over $10 ,I was expecting my normal $8. Told the manager and her answer was you ordered the combo it's alot higher. Really, it's not like it comes with fries. If a stupid customer says taco combo on taco Tuesday a light should go off and just ring the drink separate. It gives the right deal for the customer and doesn't cause friction with employee and customer. If I ordered 3 tacos for 3 dollars they are the same three tacos in the same box if the stupid customer says combo. It's called common sense and training. Still gave you 5 stars because food and service is always good”

“I came here with my grandmother to learn to play a new game. We'd gone there to learn to get us both out of the house, and it'll definitely become our new thing to do. The employees were amazing. Above and beyond customer service and was very helpful to my grand who was trying Starbucks for the first time. They really listened and took the time to explain things to her and recommended a great first try! It was refreshing to not just be welcomed, but actually feel welcomed! I unfortunately didn't get their names but we left about 8:40 PM ish”
