“We used Alchemy Bake Lab for our daughters wedding May 21, 2022. They were so easy to work with. Kady created the beautiful wedding cake and an absolutely gorgeous dessert bar to go with it. You would have thought our guests had not eaten in a month the way they mobbed the dessert bar. Since the wedding I have received call after call asking who did the desserts. Would recommend Alchemy Bake Lab without hesitation and would use them again in a heart beat.“

“The shop has new owners. The mother and daughter who run the place are amazing. They genuinely care about you. I stop every morning for a coffee with a shot of expresso and my kolache or donut. The bread on the kolache is delicious and the donuts are always made fresh. Most of the reviews on here are from the old owners. Give them another shot and trust you will not be disappointed!!! “Minuti Coffee in Katy is my go-to spot when I need a cozy escape. It’s perfect for quiet reading, studying, or even hosting team leadership meetings with my wife and other partners. The atmosphere is quaint and has a great vibe that makes it easy to settle in and focus.
The drinks never disappoint. My personal favorite is the Caramel Macchiato, smooth and sweet, and exactly what you need to take a break from the city hustle. The food is great as well, which makes it easy to spend a few hours here.
What I really appreciate about this location is how genuine the staff is. They don’t seem pressured to perform politeness, so every interaction feels real and authentic, which is rare these days.
If you’re looking for more space, the Cinco Ranch location is great for a laid-back and open feel. But if you want something intimate and cozy, the Katy location is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!“

“Best authentic Shanghainese food in the area! Definitely give it a try! The pan-fried buns, Xiaolongbao, fried pork chop, and pork chop with rice cake are all super delicious! We haven’t tried other stuffs but can’t wait! Highly recommended!“
