Food isn’t always up to par. Feathers are left on chicken and I mean big feathers (yuk) sometimes the chicken is overcooked so it’s not tasty at all. Then there are times that the chicken is undercooked and it’s chewy.
I had an unfortunate experience at your restaurant today. My son placed a delivery order, and when it arrived, the mashed potatoes and fries were missing. I had him call the restaurant first, and then I went through the drive-thru to resolve the issue.
When I arrived at the window, the employee, Ivone, immediately told me that my son had only requested mashed potatoes and that “he was only getting mashed potatoes.” Her tone came across as rude and dismissive....read full review

Chicken was good and hot and the okra was outstanding! Clean and friendly staff
