Horrible service. Ignored when I stepped in the store because everyone was on their phone. I ended up leaving without my food and have yet to receive a refund 2 weeks later. They keep telling me to wait 48 hours and nothing happens
They are very rude...they always close before closing time at 9:30 pm...They messed my order up and the manager on duty didn't care...The whole staff needs customer service training because I worked in fast food restaurant and as manager it's your job to fix the issue and not act as if you do not care. I will never return to this place
I ask for 2 of the mix $5 meal I got home and it was dark meat. And no jalapeno pepper. I called left a message.I went there the next day told the manager that I left a message on the phone he told me his phone don't accept messages so apparently he was calling me a liar.
