“Great drive through service and very friendly cashiers! The managers definitely need more training in how to lead a shift though. When it gets busy, I understand everyone is running around doing things but employees should not be running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out what to do. It’s very clear just from sitting in the lobby and watching the employees that there is a lack of leadership in management.“
“McDonald's food was like no other fast food restaurant I've ever been to, first of all, as soon as I came in, the people there working greeted me and gave me as much time as I needed to think about what I wanted and they were very patient with me when it came to paying for my food with coins and money bills. Second of all, the food was really delicious and they warned me before hand that it was more then likely hot, and it was but in the way that it was perfect. I definitely recommend this place to the upcoming people that read all these magnificent reviews and I recommend this place to the public. And finally, I rate this place a 5 out of 5.“
“I have never reviewed mcdonalds before. This location the quality of the food is outstanding. I got a double cheeseburger that had a perfect bun, perfect patty with perfect distribution of ingredients and char. Was honestly better than their marketing photos. Wild“
“Today they were giving out samples of the chicken strips, dip and new drink. Honestly, the strip was great the sauce had no flavor and the drink was just lemonade. I would love to get more strips and try the again. Service was good but the burgers were funny. Someone got very overzealous with the mayo and it was squirting out and making a mess. The Fries was disappointing because it was a large but only filled up like a medium.“
“Ive been here a few times at different times of day over the last month, most recently today, new years eve around 2:40pm. Each time they seemed busy but handled my order well. The food was ready quickly and, most importantly, accurate and delicious. I also had no problem finding a nice clean table to eat at. Im happy to have a mcdonalds location such as this one within walking distance of my work for the break during my shift! I definitely plan on coming here again!“
“This is the closet McDonald’s to my house it’s convenient for the indoor play place in the hot summer days for my toddlers. Sometimes the kids in the play place are too big and staff doesn’t tell them to get out. Other than that it’s exactly why to expect from a McDonald’s“

“I had a bad experience today, 06/16, the cashier who was serving me treated me very badly. I asked for a coffee through the app and it was not available, and she didn't care. I asked her for help to find out how to refund the money and she told her that no idea she didn't know“
“This young lady is one of the best employees I’ve ever seen working at a McDonald’s. I spent several minutes just watching how she did her job and it was incredible. She’s not lazy at all, unlike what you usually see in many fast-food places. The people preparing the food are super fast and everyone is friendly. The food was hot, the restaurant smelled good, and everything was clean. Definitely 5 stars!“
“Once the one customer who caused a traffic jam moved on, this location was smoking fast! Everyone is curtious, food was great and the fries are spot on! A note, entry and exit is a little challenging so just be on guard. Still worth a visit.“
“we came here at 3am on a friday night. every person we talked to (the person who took our order, the person who took our payment at the first window, the person who handed us the food at the second window, and a person who was working up front) were all friendly and helpful, and didn’t seem miserable and look at us like they couldn’t care less. they were more than happy to let me make a last minute change to the order, without having an attitude
not exaggerating, this is the best experience i have had at a fast food restaurant in years, and the fact that it was at 3 in the morning is crazy. not to mention we were actually able to get everything we wanted to order, instead of being told “we don’t have that right now” because they don’t want to make it lol. and as an additional plus, we were part of a pay it forward chain- they told us we were like the fifth car that someone paid it forward for, and we paid for the car behind us :) so that’s always nice
i don’t normally like to get fast food, and i feel like customer service has declined a lot since the pandemic, but this was actually a refreshing, pleasant experience. shout out to the people working here“
“Service was fast, food was hot and the outside of the facility was clean (drive-thru). The prices were not listed for the Sweets/Treats on the drive-thru screen but the team member was Happy to verify the prices and let me know without an attitude. We stopped by the McDonald's at 7014 S Fry Rd in Katy, TX, and it far exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, well-lit, and clearly well-managed. My kids loved the play area—it was clean, safe, and just the right size to let them burn off some energy while we waited for our food. They were also super excited to find tablets available with games and activities, which made the visit even more fun for them.
Our food came out quickly and was fresh and hot—everything tasted just right. From the crispy fries to the juicy burgers, you could tell the kitchen staff were on point. And to top it all off, they had ice cream for dessert, which made the whole meal feel like a treat.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the dining area (including the restrooms) was very clean. This location really goes the extra mile to make families feel welcome, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
If you're in the area and need a quick bite that keeps the kids entertained and happy, this McDonald’s is a solid choice. We’ll definitely be back!“
