“Great drive through service and very friendly cashiers! The managers definitely need more training in how to lead a shift though. When it gets busy, I understand everyone is running around doing things but employees should not be running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out what to do. It’s very clear just from sitting in the lobby and watching the employees that there is a lack of leadership in management.“
“Gotten slower. There's no frappes at night. Currently they don't have icecream at all. Food used to be warmer, fresher, and the cheese used to be melted better. I miss that. I didn't want to spend too much so I don't like being charged for larger sized items when I didn't ask for them. They did fix my order quickly. c: tyvm, I appreciate it.“
“Amazing service and food. Amazing you might wonder??? Yes it is amazing that this place is still open. The employees here seriously all act like they hate working there and act like the customers are the problem. The ONLY reason that we occasionally stop here is to make the grandkids quit fussing. The food is generally not good or warm. Any specific request is bound to get f’d up. If you order no onions then prepare for extra onions. If you say no sauce here comes a burger drowning in mustard. Don’t even think about ordering from a live human at the counter- that means get ready for an extra long wait. They will shove the fries in the bag immediately so it is cold when your burger is finally ready.

Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors at the entry guarantee issues getting a wheelchair in.“
“I had a bad experience today, 06/16, the cashier who was serving me treated me very badly. I asked for a coffee through the app and it was not available, and she didn't care. I asked her for help to find out how to refund the money and she told her that no idea she didn't know“
“At the McDonald's in Cinco ranch, you can come to expect excellent customer service. The staff speaks both Spanish and English (albeit some workers can't speak English). The food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's, but both the inside and outside look clean. The way you're treated is a great feeling and I'd recommend this location for any fast food lover ?“
“I do not eat fast food but when traveling long distances, from several days to many weeks at a time, I know that the beverages are consistently reliable, the service is dependable and the restrooms are clean. This particular venue met all 3 of those expectations.“
“I never write reviews but I really loved this place. All the workers were so nice and polite. I did have a problem with the machine but they fixed that right away. They even didn’t let me pay for the drinks. The food was really great priced, not over priced. The food was fresh and good food. The inside of the McDonald’s was so spacious, clean, and smelled really nice and it was well decorated. The workers would bring the food to you and even thank YOU for being there, they were so well respected. While I was eating, I also people get their drinks for free so that was nice, drinks aren’t charged and so are the sauces. I really recommend this place, the best McDonald’s I’ve been to, would definitely come again.“

“we came here at 3am on a friday night. every person we talked to (the person who took our order, the person who took our payment at the first window, the person who handed us the food at the second window, and a person who was working up front) were all friendly and helpful, and didn’t seem miserable and look at us like they couldn’t care less. they were more than happy to let me make a last minute change to the order, without having an attitude
not exaggerating, this is the best experience i have had at a fast food restaurant in years, and the fact that it was at 3 in the morning is crazy. not to mention we were actually able to get everything we wanted to order, instead of being told “we don’t have that right now” because they don’t want to make it lol. and as an additional plus, we were part of a pay it forward chain- they told us we were like the fifth car that someone paid it forward for, and we paid for the car behind us :) so that’s always nice
i don’t normally like to get fast food, and i feel like customer service has declined a lot since the pandemic, but this was actually a refreshing, pleasant experience. shout out to the people working here“

“I almost always have a great experience at this McDonald's. I usually pick up at the counter. I place my order in the app ahead of time, and I am usually in and out in only a couple of minutes. They are always fast, friendly, and most importantly, correct with my order.“
“This McDonald’s has definitely made a turn for the better. One time I came here and the play area was disgusting. BUT now it’s clean as a whistle! They had a 3rd party cleaning the area + the workers are amazing! Very helpful and attentive.
