Trini Hut

I will travel to the ends of the earth to find this food truck! I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure that what you want is still available because they tend to sell out pretty quickly, but for good reason. The food never disappoints.

I am Guyanese and finding authentic Guyanese food in Houston is non existent. I wasn't in the mood to cook and was craving Caribbean food. Even though this place is Trinidadian, usually the food is pretty similar so I decided to give this place a try and it was delicious! I got the beef curry. It came with channa curry and aloo curry and it was really good. The Dahl puri was nice and hot and yummy.
