“Yummy Yummy my first ever eating chicken from here and it was delicious. As I walk in the restaurant the gentleman welcome me in and explain to me about the level of hot ?. lol I got the light hot chicken tender with fries. I also received honey, souse for my tenders, ketchup and napkins. Also also pickles. I am ver pleased with this place. The cleanliness of this place is so welcoming too. Wow. “Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. “Great chicken! Not sure why this place wasn’t packed, the food, the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the value! Hard to find a place you can eat for $10 and feel satisfied, but this is the place to do it! Chicken was cooked perfectly and the flavor of their sauces… delicious! I went with the salad and the habanero sauce and my dad chose the mild sauce on his chicken sandwich. The fries are seasoned and cooked to perfection, if you haven’t been here you need to give it a try! Hard to find good hot chicken places in Fort Worth.“

“I recently went to this location because I was close by and wanted a quick snack. I was very surprised that the young guy in the drive thru was polite and wanted to have a conversation with me, something you don’t often see now. Not only that, the shift manager, Angela, was also very nice and made it a point that I received my food fresh and apologize for having to wait a few minutes longer to get fresh and hot food. This was service that I don’t really expect from fast food locations so they definitely stuck out and I’ll be going there again.“

Parking is limited at this location, and they do not offer curbside but do have 2 drive thru’s which are pretty quick.

“Came in for date night with my husband and we were jivin’ for a good burger and cold beer. This place hit both cravings out of the park! Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. Our burgers were cooked to a perfect medium, the veggies were fresh, and the sidewinders and potato wedges were plentiful. Be sure to come hungry - you definitely won’t leave that way! Cannot wait to come back here as it’s just down the road from the house!“

As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return.
