I would have preferred the crinkle fries instead of the thin fries, the salad was simple, the hush puppies were like corn nuggets and very good, I would have liked more of them, could have done without the jalapeno relish, didn't really add much to the meal. “First time visit for my wife and I over lunch. Fantastic! My wife got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich combo with fries. I got wings with House Sauce and fries and we split an order of pickle chips. Wife loved the sandwich. Wings were well above average meat amount per wing and tasty. My wife is a pickle chip connoisseur and these were hands down her favorite of ALL TIME. Thicker chips than most places too. Most pickle chips end up soggy through the batter and fry process. These were the rare ones that stayed crisp and full of batter through the meal. Seasoning on fries was not to my taste but my wife loved them and took my extras. I'll just ask for plain next time as they otherwise were very thick crinkle fries and looked good. Highly recommend. Will tell our adult kids to try as they love chicken and the Mac and cheese on the menu are a family "next try" item. Met owner husband wife who were very friendly and patient with our questions as first time customers. In my after work drive home "honey do you want me to pick up dinner" list.“

“There are only 3 main items on their menu and we ordered the Fried Chicken, Chicken Tenders, and the Kid's Meal. The veggies are "bottomless", which means they keep bringing out salad, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, or corn as you request them. I first thought the price per plate ($18.99) was a bit high, but it's not so bad with all the veggies you want. If you want to share a plate, they charge you $10.99 for the veggie plate.The food was good and the staff was great. They really seem to enjoy kids here. Several little kids went up to the jukebox and the waitresses talk to them and even hold them up for a better view.We came with a large group. Since all of the chicken are served stacked on one large platter (family style), hopefully you like your friends because your chicken is all mixed together.“

“Amazing restaurant and incredible food. We first stopped here because we were working in the area and it was lunch and it caught my eye. I've never been to a Pollo Regio before and after we came here one time I couldn't belive what I had been missing out on. The Half Chicken is out of this world its so good, after one trip it became the benchmark for chicken I get from anywhere I go. It's always 'this chicken is good, but it's not as good as Pollo Regio.' I am grateful to Emma and Angie because they make it a wonderful experience when we come by, and we have come by 3 or 4 times a week when we are working in town because the food is that good and the atmosphere is so inviting. The Half Chicken is amazing, but everything else is great too, and it all pairs amazing with their chips and the Verde salsa! Thanks so much to everyone here on the Pollo Regio team.“
“I’m familiar with this place from one of their previous locations in Nashville well over 10 years ago, i was excited to see it here in DFW, it had been over 10 years since i got to taste it again, and it didn’t disappoint. It tasted exactly like I remembered from Nashville, The chicken is uniquely fried, blended with a great mix of spices for great flavors and a little heat. This is a good definition of southern comfort food. Their sweet tea, and Cole slaw are great! Worth a visit, it was a great mom and pop atmosphere, and the service is very friendly.“

“Having to eat gluten free, I always feel safe eating and ordering from here. It's hard to feel that way about any fast food establishment. Chick-fil-A has a decent array of GF options, the most important being the waffle fries! I love those things. They're always overall hot and crisp. Rarely do you get any soggy fries. Almost all the dipping sauces and dressings are gluten free as well, including the barbecue, Polynesian, and Chuck-FIL-A signature sauces. Then there's grilled chicken nuggets, the chicken filet, a gluten free bun, all the salads, fruit cups, the scramble bowls, sausage, bacon, hash brows, yogurt parfait, and that softy-frosty ice cream. I often opt for the grilled nuggets and fries, but if I'm extra hungry I'll do the Cobb or market salad with spicy grilled chicken. And fries! The market salad has lots of fruit in it, a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, and blueberries, plus crumbled blue cheese. I mean it's a really lovely salad, especially for a drive-thru! This location is as friendly and speedy as ever. I still avoid peak times (Saturday, mornings, lunch) because the traffic stresses me, out but if I pass by and it's not too scary I'm definitely stopping for my fountain coke and fries.“

Guests assisted her and notified her employer (nearby) of the situation.The leadership at Chick-fil-a leapt into action and redirected one of their staff with medical credentials to assist until the ambulance arrived, then thanked the guests that helped during this episode by offering free food/drink.This goes way above and beyond. I've always felt Chick-fil-a cares tremendously about their guests by providing consistency when so many other places don't, along with little touches that make visits a bit more personal.This location proves that beyond a shadow of a doubt. “We frequent this location as it's the closest location to our house and it's quickly becoming our new favorite chicken place. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes. In a world where that hardly exists anymore, especially after 10 pm on a holiday eve. Great job!“

Although we love the food and the play area, it’s not the only reason we enjoy coming.The biggest reason we love coming is because of Julie and Sofia! They’re both such sweet people! My niece gets excited to come just so she can see these two! She’s 8. She always greets them with a hug and can’t wait to tell them about her day.We see Julia a lot more. “I don't know why it took us so long to try Chicken Salad Chick. There are so many selections and so much seating available that it's perfect for a lunch location. My go-to has been the BLT on toasted wheat with a scoop of the kicking kay lynne and a side of soup or Mac and cheese.We also grabbed the pre-packed chicken salad as meal prep through the week as well and tried other flavors that, of course, were delicious.Go and try them out, you won't regret it.“

The noodles are not cooked to completely done. They were a bit hard & chewy. The cheese was to watery and runny for me and my grandson didn't like it. In fairness, it was my first time trying the Mac & cheese. Others may enjoy it! Overall, Lisa's fried chicken is my favorite chicken in Fort Worth. When I have a craving for fried chicken, I'm headed to Lisa's.“

They also have one of the most complete beverage offerings around. You name it they've got it. There usually aren't any tables, strictly takeout, and the size of the chicken pieces are what I call normal, not like the enormous ones at other chains, but you can't bet the price, taste or quantity at Lisa's. I always stop by for lunch if I'm in the neighborhood.“
“We have been here two times. The first time was great. Excellent, fast service, great food. We had chicken tacos and mashed potatoes. Clean dining area. The second visit was an unpleasant disaster. Apparently, there was a dinner rush prior to our arrival. All but one person was in the back taking a break. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful. Once we ordered, our experience went downhill. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Nobody else was waiting on an order. There were no small drink lids. We had to ask at the counter for them. All of the tables were dirty. We had to get someone to come clean a table for us. Then it was too wet. We had to get napkins to dry it off so we could sit down. The floor had trash all over it. The trash receptacles were overflowing. The chicken in our tacos was cold. We brought it back for hot chicken. That took another 15 minutes. With nobody else ordering ahead of us, it took 30 minutes to get a hot meal and a clean place to eat. I love the food. I have a sensitive stomach, and El Pollo Loco is one of the very few fast food places that doesn't leave me ill. I'll be back for that reason. Hopefully, this one negative experience will be a one-time thing.“
