“Make sure you come prepared to get your citation from the Clear Lake Shores Police Department. They give out a huge number of tickets on the streets around and in front of this business. This business is located in a high-intensity policing area. Don't let losing a few hundred dollars discourage you, though. When they pull you over after your meal and cite you, tip your hat to them. Protect and serve, right? The sandwich is worth it. You won't get out of your ticket. The municipal court will see to it you pay ever penny. The police like to hang out in the local business parking lots around here behind corners and bushes to cite customers and anyone unfortunate enough to visit a bar or get a meal. Please don't linger in this area. If you do so long enough, you'll have a bad experience with local police. I'm sorry you have to encounter them as a tourist on vacation. I hope you enjoy your visit and your ticket as much as we did.“

“Had to try this place out. I love Jersey Mikes, so glad there is a location closer to home. The staff here was VERY friendly. They genuinely seemed to be having a good time. Very rare these days to see employees actually excited to be at work. Very clean place. The food was also delicious! you must try the Philly cheesesteaks! will definitely be a regular place to grab some good food.“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired. “This was the only store in entire Galveston that was open on Christmas break and they served us hot sandwiches and she helped me identify that subway actually sells two types of veggie patties one with egg and also one without eggs. Never knew! Thanks again!“

“As soon as I walk inside the building I'm greeted by a wonderful young lady named Alene Diaz. She seemed to have everything tidy and clean and I appreciated her customer service. Her smile was so sweet lighting up the room . The brownies and cookies she served me were very well packed and fresh!! Recommend this location if you're looking for some great customer service.“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

“Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“
