“Don't understand why Lupe's has a low rating The beef filet fajitas are the best even though expensive (you get what you pay for). The side salad (not on the menu) is full of avocados and the parlando ranch awesome!! Service is top notch but it is a smaller restaurant and can be wait times in buzy times. Have yellow and white cheese with or without artichokes/spinach or ground beef. Also have shrimp, quail, salmon, Mahi so another of variety. Quality food (this is not like taco bell). Great service. What is not to like? Can eat outside but I prefer inside.“

He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about. The fries weren't super fresh. I had the quasidillas with both options (bacon/chicken and brisket/cheese), and they were the bomb. I recommend the bacon/chicken one if you want to pick one. The service was okay, he worked hard and it was pretty busy. Got sweet tea instead of unsweet and he took the time to fix it quickly. Surprised me with a refill without my asking. The atmosphere was average, but we enjoyed ourselves and that's what matters.“

“Very limited lunch menu and the main menu is a bit expensive. Food is somewhat bland but the salsa is quite good and freshens up the lack of seasoning. Portions are large. First picture is tacos al carbon from dinner menu . Second picture is combo plate from lunch menu. I can understand why people like this restaurant; however, I won't be back. There is much better tex mex in the area.“

“The ice cream with my children's kids meals was a surprising hit, our server was kind and efficient, but I was super disappointed with the chicken quesadilla. There was honestly only a few shreds of cheese per piece and the chicken was spicy (hot), meaning that I couldn't share with my youngest, as we usually do. Hopefully the lack of cheese was a one off thing, but I won't order it again. I will, however, go back to Chuys for another try.“

They absolutely love the food and the customer service is beyond amazing! They always smile and say hello, such a great place to eat!“

From the moment we sat down, Ruben was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. “The waiter Huber basically told us what not to order. NOTE When you come to this location bring your own silverware, we had to share a knife among 3 people. The enchiladas & steak, more like a slice of brisket drenched in a salty cheese sauce. Awful!! The beef enchilada, unflavored ground meat, again drenched in a red sauce WITH cheese. Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night they only had 3 or 4 tables, no more than 12 people, including us 3 If they were starting to close for the day, they should've close the area they were cleaning. I don't appreciate smelling 'Fabuloso" while I'm eating with the mop bucket next to my table. Really your motto should be "Why are you still in business..." Marked as 1st and last on places not to visit. Overpriced for the food quality“

“I stopped by Barcena’s Mexican Cantina today on 2094 near 518 in League City, and let me tell you—I was not prepared for how good it was. 😅 This spot has seen a rotation of restaurants over the last five years, so I was a little hesitant. My husband and I were straight off the boat… dirty but clean… but still dirty in a clean kind of way. You get it. 😂 I’ve seen Birria tacos everywhere but had never actually tried them until today—and OH. MY. GOODNESS. My jaw hit the table. They were insanely delicious and officially my new obsession. I can already tell the cravings are coming. My husband ordered the crispy beef tacos and he absolutely loved them. The manager, Melissa, even stopped by our table and told us they serve breakfast all day. So yes, if we want Bellinis and pancakes at 9 PM, they’ll make them. And if we want fajitas at 9 AM? Done. That alone deserves a standing ovation. Our server. Denilson, was wonderful—kind, soft-spoken, and on top of everything. Truly a great experience from start to finish.
