“I have always loved to visit this restaurant. It is very clean, the food is fresh and quick, and the service is amazing. Today I was able to witness how well trained the staff is. While eating I had the joy of watching another customer storm up to the register and complain and shout at the girl at the counter. It was handled professionally and the staff member kept her cool while being shouted at. Good job.“

“I've been eating there for a while but finally writing a review because I actually convinced my husband to come out with me and try the food (he's mean and likes nothing lol). He was actually impressed. The food was great, obviously. But the customer service is what stands out. It feels like you're at your aunties house, you know the one that keeps all the cousins together with good food? “Had to be the fastest service I have ever gotten from any DQ. I was pleasantly surprised with it. Normally you are waiting for a few minutes if you get a malt, but not here they were on point on getting my order ready I a speedy manner with nothing messed up about it.“

“My husband and I have used JMG construction for multiple projects to include a large patio addition and pergola at our former home, and most recently Juan and his crew installed our new privacy fence with concrete footer, almost 500 foot mind you. It turned out beautiful. We've since had him add 20 ft concrete steps around an incline on our inground pool with yet another concrete deck with pergola, and while doing that a small concrete slab and moved our little building onto it. Each day was a hard working crew, always punctual, very friendly . What we are most impressed with about Juan is his customer relations. He gets back to you, he shows up to give estimates when he says he will, he doesn't make excuses. He is definitely our go to guy for just about everything. We live in Kempner and we our 0 for 5 on any local contractor getting back to us for estimates, showing up etc. Well if they finally show up it's usually after a few excuses and we've already gone with JMG. Why wait when someone else is willing to do the job? JMG is the only contractor we will call from now on. Thank you Juan Garcia and your awesome crew.“

“It's been awhile since I have been to Arby's. last night I was talking to my sister in Florida and she was ordering at a local Arby's. It sounded good.So.i drove from Belton too Killeen on my way home from work and picked up 6 rost beef and two fries for my family. The cashier working the drive through had the dest customer service and at the window she had a even digger smile. It's so refreshing to see an employee going up and beyond to make me smile and feel welcome. So a dig shout out to Mrs.T at store AR6673 ON 10/28/21 in Killeen Tx.“

I felt like I was talking to someone I had known my whole life. He was friendly, professional, and really sets the standard for customer care. Please, if this man isn't already the manager, he's definitely the material. Absolutely deserving of a raise at the very least. “This was my first time in a while having jack, and honestly it was pretty good. The customer service was well and i got my food fairly quick. The young man at the front was nice, I think his tag said Alex or Alec? I couldn't remember, overall though it was pretty great will be coming again!“

“I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food. But listen, it 12:38pm. I ordered at 12pm, my food was in my hand by 12:05pm. I’m still here enjoying my food in the parking lot. The parking lot is clean. In this area, huh? And then the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the air conditioner is pristine. Okay, cool. Love that. And then I had to use the bathroom. Baby, listen, they clean those things regularly. I’m always anxious of public bathrooms but this one was clean, stocked and smelled amazing. Is that weird to say? Idk, but i was grateful! But let me not leave out the two gentlemen inside. I only saw the two. Maybe there was more but those are all I saw. Both smiling, both working and both friendly. Idk what this location pays but bump their pay for sure because wow. I have such a hard time finding good customer service in Killeen. These two were top tier. They deserve recognition because you can’t teach kindness like that.“
