“It’s a no frills taco store, and of my favourites for 3 reasons -
- They are efficient, consistent and have very clear direction on what they offer.
- Everyone including vegetarians have at least 3 good options. All their tacos are customisable with corn tortillas or lettuce as subs.
- Our favourites are the fish and chips, rotisserie chicken, pork & gruyere, beer battered cauliflower and the Mexicali shrimp tacos.“

“Katie was my server and she was great. My first time here and I’ll definitely be back. I ordered a snickered ice coffee and I didn’t care for that but my burrito and lemon 🍋 blueberry 🫐 pancake 🥞 was amazing. I was prepared to ask for a to go box but I finished all my food which is a first.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Torchys in Frisco, Hollyhock location and I must say, the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bartender Eric who was very attentive and friendly. Aside from the impeccable service and hospitality, the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this Torchys location. You wont be disappointed!“

“I was just wanting fresh hummus….I couldn’t help to try the chicken platter. The chicken was flavorful and moist. Several toppings to choose from. “Dined in today with my husband. Romantically since we had the entire dining area. Tables are spaced out for distancing. At least 10 pick up orders while we enjoyed our hot and delicious wings. “My quandary: give Hannah’s the rave review it deserves and risk not being able to get a table on a Saturday night or just pretend we never made it to dinner? Looking for a new restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, my wife made a reservation at this gem in Denton and we were not disappointed. Our table was laid out with rose petals to celebrate the occasion and the staff wished us a Happy Anniversary. The menu had a multitude of items that sounded mouth-watering, so the decision making process was tortuous. We settled on bacon wrapped dates and steamed mussels as appetizers. The dates were moist and the bacon crispy, a perfect bite of sweet and salty. The mussels were perfectly steamed with a delicious broth and the perfect crispy, warm French bread to sop it up. A great start. My wife ordered Beef Cheek stuffed Ravioli, remembering how much she loved the beef cheeks we first ate in Spain. Ground meat in the ravioli topped with a perfect ragu of tomatoes, beef cheek, and vegetables. I am drawn to duck whenever I see it on the menu and the Rosemary smoked Duck Breast was cooked to perfection; crispy skin, juicy meat, and a sun dried cherry pico tart enough to complement its maple syrup glaze. The sliced duck breast was served atop a wild rice and vegetable pancake that was unique and perhaps the star of the dish. Come on, who wouldn’t love pancakes for dinner? A couple glasses of wine with dinner, a slice of award winning carrot cake for desert with an espresso, and exquisite service all evening long made for an ideal anniversary celebration. Thank you to the kitchen staff and everyone in the front of the house and remember to save us a table on Saturday nights. See you soon.“

“This Fuzzy’s taco location in Frisco, TX was taken over a few months ago by new ownership and it very evident they are building a community oriented business. The quality of product and the atmosphere has improved dramatically. If you have not been in while I would give this place another visit. You will be glad you did!“

“I have eaten here so many times through the years and the quality of the food and service has been consistent throughout. Tonight was no exception. The only thing that put a damper on our evening were the three children who were literally running amok in the place. Two moms who clearly wanted a night out away from kids. Next time I will ask to sit in the bar area. Otherwise a good vibe to go with the good food and very friendly staff.“

“Sidewalk Cafe is our favorite place to eat in Denton county. We have not had one thing to complain about, the food, service, and the cleanliness. Sam is great in the kitchen but SUSIE Is the sweetest friendliest owner we have ever met! Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The best pancakes ever! Always have to get a to go box.“
