“We don’t live in the area and we are not Olive Garden fans. HOWEVER, we drive 2.5 hours once a year to eat here for one of our kiddo’s birthday. The food is always fresh, the service is always amazing, they always go over and beyond, and the restaurant is always bright and happy. They made us feel like we were getting a fine dining experience with fair family prices. 😍 We hope to continue to tradition every year.“

“Sunny’s is probably the most underrated pizza in San Marcos! They serve a carry-out-only light, thin, and crispy pie covered in sauce and cheese that’s great with or without toppings. Very crushable and doesn’t leave you feeling slow and tired. It’s a Chicago Tavern-style pizza not to be confused with Chicago Deep Dish. Hard not to recommend especially if you’re looking for something new.“
