“This is probably my new Mexican breakfast place. The service has been terrific every time I've been here. The serving size leaves me with plenty to take home for dinner. The coffee is a little stronger than I usually drink, but an extra cream smooths the taste. Today, patrons received a small cup of hot delirious Arroz con Leche (Rice Pudding). I could have eaten a bowl of it. 😋 Yummy!
I'm usually have my order customized. Today, I ordered Migas Locas (Chorizo Migas) and asked them to make them A la Mejican with no onions or cheese. Of course, one of their extra large homemade flour tortillas. Topped with green chile. There was plenty leftover for dinner.“

“I think this is the best sweet bread in the RGV. The place is always packed, so finding parking can be a bit difficult, but the wait is worth it. The prices are perfect for these difficult times, and the quality of what you're getting is unrivaled in taste and quality.“

I said nothing to anyone, just deciding to not come back for a while. We stopped there with two other couples today and I thought...try it again. “Holy heck! This place is the tall deal for BBQ. Happened upon in there one Sunday and was blown away by the brisket. No kidding. Sausage and beans we're great to. Friendly staff and a big bar in the middle. Gotta love eating off the tray with plastic utensils. I'll be back.“

Took off a point for the atmosphere because of the noise. While it was clean and the decor was right on, the concrete floor, glass and tin walls, etc. provided no noise dampening, so as it got busy the noise level increased exponentially. Still worth it. Best BBQ I've had in the RGV.“
