“it is great, 5 stars, i was visiting my sister who lives in Lake Jackson. catfish and fried oysters fantastic. crawfish queso divine. the oysters on the half shell a little dehydrated, but flavor great. I would go every week if I lived close.“

“if you are craving for seafood in this area this is the best place for it food it's deliciously Fresh I got the shrimp tacos (I ask for 1 shrimp and 1 fish fried option you can get them grilled too) if you don't have enough time to eat I recomend you to call in advance cause it gets crowded at lunch Time but I notice people were getting in and out picking up they orders no problem . People here was very nice too I definitely will make this place my spot to eat lunch at keep up the good work and support family business 🙌🏽 sorry I forgot to take a Pic when I started eating 😅 😋😋😋“

“Delicious food! Amazing fluffy and tasty homemade cornbread baked in a cast iron skillet. The best greens you’ll ever eat! They are seasoned to perfection. We have fried catfish and shrimp. They were incredible and fresh. We will be back soon. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and quick service.“

“We just moved from NV to Freeport, and this was the first restaraunt we decided to pop into. The owner is the nicest person, we held a conversation for a majority of our visit, learned about the restaraunt, and she gave us some helpful tips for the area; The food was so delicious, and came out fast and hot!My friend says it's already his new favorite stop. We'll be back for sure!“

“With the new owners and the new staff, this place is tha Bomb!! The food was perfectly made. The servings were huge!! All the seafood, salad, wings, crawfish tails, Gumbo, and fish filets were 100% fresh!! The large bowl of Gumbo is HUGE!! Enough for 2 people!! We had tons of hott sauce, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce! I am a picky eater, and I was very impressed. We will definitely return. I had nothing to complain about, and that is amazing.“
