“This was our first visit, and we thought it was very good! The seafood gumbo had great flavor and lots of shrimp. Our fried shrimp were fresh and fried just right with a great batter. Thomas was our waiter and was very attentive. We would definitely eat there again when we're in the area.“

“The first few times the food was hot and fresh. I had ordered the catfish with fried rice. Very yummy. 3rd time I had the trout. Not a fan. It was dry and a bit tough. Very fishy taste. I don't recommend. The service is usually good though. I will keep coming back though to try other items on the menu.“

“We frequent this little cafe at least twice a week. I have never had a bad meal here except for the peach cobbler and the carrot cake however, their down home cooking makes up for that. They have daily specials which is great. They get extremely busy during their dinner rush and there’s usually never more than 2 waitresses who are constantly on the move but we’ve never been inconvenienced by that. The staff that work here are friendly and stay on top of everything.“
