“Down home, unassuming, great place for fried catfish. It was so tasty and not the typical cornmeal batter that's common. I tried the catfish, crab cake, and shrimp. Catfish was ?, crab cake interesting and yummy, shrimp ok.
I'd go here again :)“

“My husband and I went here for my birthday and the shrimp dinner was excellent. The shrimp were huge, as I was only able to eat 3 and brought the rest home. The young lady waiting on us was very sweet too. Really enjoyed the time out here. It was quiet and played our kind of music. Thank you so much for the excellent meal!!! Well worth it!“

“We had a reservations Friday August 2nd for our family of 23. The tables were ready when we arrived and August was our server. August did a great job taking care of all of us! Our grandchildren got to go outside and watch the tugboats and barges go by and we saw several dolphins which made their night complete! I ordered oysters on the half shell and my husband had the Dive Burger. Excellent!“

“We just moved from NV to Freeport, and this was the first restaraunt we decided to pop into. The owner is the nicest person, we held a conversation for a majority of our visit, learned about the restaraunt, and she gave us some helpful tips for the area; The food was so delicious, and came out fast and hot!My friend says it's already his new favorite stop. We'll be back for sure!“

I eat here every time I come to visit the parents and they always have a great staff, and the food is always the way I remembered it the time before. Consistent and delicious.
I hope they are able to get some new tables and booths soon because they seem a bit worn and sticky but those kinds of things also cost an arm and a leg. (So do them a favor and order a lot)“

“Fantastic food and atmosphere! We brought my aunt to eat lunch for her birthday and they mentioned this being some of the best seafood they have eaten! They are from Galveston with plenty of options but they said nothing compares! The GM - Josh was amazing and so kind! He ensured everything was perfect and it most certainly was! Thanks Josh!“

“Great food, comfortable environment, friendly staff. This was my husband’s and I first time to dine there and we felt very welcomed and treated like we were VIP’s. I highly recommend it. We are not from Lake Jackson but definitely and certainly going back.“
