“On our way home from a bible study, we ordered 4 bacon and egg breakfast tacos, and when we got there saw the "Cash Only" sign in the window. Oh, know! I don't normally have much cash on hand and didn't have any this morning. Martine said take the tacos and when you come by sometime I could pay him. Martine doesn't even know me but trusted I would come back. I had a Home Depot Gift Card with $18 )left on it so I gave it to him and told Martine I would be back to pay for my tacos and would do just that. He was so gracious and didn't need to let me have those tacos. We took them home and they were very good the tortillas were so full of eggs and a lot of bacon in each taco we will definitely come back again“

“Saw a bunch of reviews praising the enchiladas so I got the beef ones and they were some of the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. I was full on chips and still managed to leave my plate clean. Not only do you get really good food, you get stellar service from the staff too. Refill after refill on both chips and salsa, receptive to our requests, and very friendly; I walked out with a smile on my face and a stomach full of good food. Definitely stop by, I wish I could come more times to try more plates on their menu.“

“Just recently moved to Bandera. First time frequenting this establishment. What caught my eye was the outside sign about how everything was home cooked fresh! From the friendly warm greeting when we entered and the friendly welcome from our server with a great sense of humor, I would definitely recommend this place. The food was indeed delicious and their homemade flour tortillas were amazing. You can always tell how the food in a Mexican food restaurant will be just by their salsa. Once I tasted that salsa, it had enough spices for flavor and just enough kick for me to nod my head! We will definitely be returning more often.“
