“I’ve worked for this company for a while. I know what’s expected. I’m aware that we all have bad days. But I know at the window you are supposed to be connecting with customers. The person working the window made absolutely no effort whatsoever to connect with me and it totally invalidates all the hard work other partners are doing.connecting with customer is what the job is all about.“

“Starbucks expects a high standard at all their locations and this Lakeway location is no different. We went in for coffees and a breakfast snack. I personally am addicted to the iced lattes and my wife had the hot green tea with the egg bites. It was great. We enjoy going inside to enjoy the vibe and atmosphere of Starbucks. A great way to start the day!“
