The last time I visited, my experience was not great, and I shared my honest review. I received a follow-up email offering a complimentary meal to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.
When I went back today, Sam, the manager, kindly comped my meal and made sure everything was fresh and right. I ordered a #11 chicken meal with a shake, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Trinity was my server, and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.
I’m happy to say this visit turned things around, and I’ll definitely be back.

“The workers were friendly and fast. My waitress Ambra was all smiles, along with all the team Dominic, CeCe, and Tina. They all made our New Year’s Eve great. Gave us poppers and streamers to bring in 2026. Great service. Thank you IHOP Lancaster,TX.“
