I called and spoke to the owner to see if they would be ok to buy on Sunday, but serve the next day. After a few minutes, he told me he would coordinate so I could get them fresh Monday morning. He was too proud of his product to let them be served next day. And boy does he have a reason to be proud! Absolutely amazing. I had at least 10 people find me to ask here the kolache were from. It's a little out of the way place that stays busy for a reason- the service is warm and the food feels like a home cooked meal. It's not fancy and it doesn't need to be. The food was amazing!!!The restaurant itself is very unassuming in the bottom floor of an office building. There’s also not much to let you know that the cuisine is Korean. However, the restaurant is very clean and cozy. We ate family style and everybody enjoyed their food. The drinks were bottled out of a fridge at the back of the restaurant, and they have a variety of American and Korean drinks/snacks. I saw a blue plate award hanging out near the register, too.Parking: The parking situation is a little tight and there aren’t a ton of spaces, so you may have to walk a block or two, but it’s totally worth it.“

“First time eating here today, just passing by and ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich...actually got the F1 and the F6 (beef). They are both very delicious. The F1 is fresh and light, while the F6 is still fresh but more filling/satisfying...like if you wanted to really feel full, this sandwich gives that sensation. Overall, the cafe was very clean and tidy, and I appreciate how friendly everyone was--especially the lady who brought the food from the kitchen, she reminded me of my mom from Eastern Europe (that sort of lovely, sweet grandmotherly warmth)! I am looking forward to coming back and trying more items from their menu!“

“This was a highly anticipated visit that did not disappoint in the slightest! When arriving, there was about line out the door along with a 30 minute wait. I knew I was in for a good meal. Once seated the food was out between 10 to 15 minutes and I must say.. it was delicious. I had the Lone Star breakfast which consists of 3 eggs, a choice of two piece of eat and Pancakes. I went with the Blueberry Riscotta pancakes and they were as fluffy as I've ever had! Added the San Antonio Burger to the meal because I wanted a taste of both breakfast and lunch! Fantastic. With it being donation only I. Made sure to leave a bit extra as it is going to a great cause! They have a new patron in me and I can't wait to go back!“
