50 Best Chicken Wings near Leon Valley

“My very first experience at this location. First off the environment was clean all over from the tables to bathrooms. I proceeded to order and the manager NENA took the time to be extremely polite and caring about every little detail. I ordered tenders and fries then asked if they had okra. She said I’m going to make a fresh batch now. When the food arrived it was all hot and EXTRA CRISPY. HIGHLY impressed at every angle and would recommend this to my closest family and friends. Tay and Josh were also totally on their game. Keep up the fantastic work!“

“First time at Parry’s and we had such a great experience! The food was great!!

“Amazing Pizza and Great customer services!“

“Mattenga’s Pizzeria definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza was fresh, loaded with quality ingredients, and had incredible flavor. We ordered a half Texas Brisket and half Honey Bexar pizza, and both sides were outstanding. The brisket was tender and smoky, while the Honey Bexar had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

A huge thank you to Dana and Lexi for making the experience even better. They were both welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They made us feel appreciated and ensured everything went smoothly.

If you’re near SeaWorld and looking for some of the best pizza in San Antonio, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕👏“

“Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings To Go and had a great experience. The food was on point, and even without dine-in, the service really stood out. Their manager, Cassandra, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience. Definitely one of the better takeout spots I’ve been to—will be coming back.“

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“This is our first time at Mattenga’s, and Mike made us feel so welcomed right away! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were regulars from the moment we walked in. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and creating a welcoming environment. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Mattenga’s, and especially Mike for making our first visit such a great one! 🍕❤“

“Jackie was an absolute angel when I ordered it felt like a blessing. “Have a great day!” I swear I reverted to age 6 on the spot. My inner child did a backflip, healed his trauma, and started breakdancing. The food? It tasted like a mother’s hug wrapped in a warm blanket dipped in serotonin. I could’ve proposed right there next to the ketchup packets.“

“We had such a great experience at Pluckers! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was even better. Our server, Chantal, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire visit. She checked on us often without being overbearing and made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

You can tell Chantal genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She definitely made our experience even better, and we really appreciate the great service! We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have Chantal as our server again. Highly recommend! ❤🍗“

“Went around 1 a.m. last night and had an awesome experience! Our server, a guy in his early 20s, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. He definitely deserves a raise. Great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Add extra cheese you’ll thank me later.“

“Enjoyed food and atmosphere“

“I will update the food review after I actually get my food. Ordered online and got a text to come at 2:50. It’s 3PM now…no chicken and the place is empty with loud Kpop crap blaring over the loudspeakers…and 6 employees.

Update: food very good (next visit). Online menu didn’t give option to order rice (but could order rice in store). Otherwise the chicken is authentic and worth the wait.“

“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“First time going, we are from uvalde loved the atmosphere, our waitress Sara was the best hope to catch some games one Sunday soon.“

“My family and I enjoyed a wonderful meal. Staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious. They reasonably priced while it is made from scratch. We ordered quite a bit of items off the menu. We had pizza, wings & subs. Everyone was very happy with their food. We enjoyed it a lot. They have a rewards point system as well as a lunch special. I would also like to know that the restaurant was really clean.“

“First - this is one of the best hidden treasure of San Antonio! Great pizza! Great prices! Extremely fast service! It’s our new Friday go to for dinner! Today, I experienced awesome customer service by the manager who called me back after I received incorrect info from one of his employees. Not only did he give me the right info, but he caught a web error and refunded me before I even arrived to pick up my food! Very happy with Hungry Howie’s!“

“Great customer service and even better pizza! Just moved to the area and this is our second time ordering this week because it is so good. This is our new pizza spot.“

“Food was great and Luke our server was amazing !“

“We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. Our waitress, Katy, was very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. Her great service made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Awesome chicken fingers and fries! Lemonade is delish!“

“5 Monkeys... nice, funny name, isn't it? I've tried this place a few times now, and honestly, it keeps amazing me every single visit. It's a perfect spot to hang out with friends as well as family. The staff is very well-mannered and attentive, they keep checking on you without being overbearing, which is really nice. The Long Island Iced Tea is one of my go-to drinks here, and it's amazing. They also offer complimentary nuts (cashews, peanuts, and chickpeas) which are super tasty and perfect when you want a light snack along with your drink. They opened just a month or two ago, and we've already been here around 6 times, that itself says a lot. Food highlights: Chicken Wings - I call them jumbo chicken wings. I love the garlic parmesan, and my wife loves the buffalo garlic parmesan. 5/5 Chicken Nuggets - Nice, juicy, and crispy. 5/5 Loaded Fries - My absolute favorite appetizer. 10/5 Grilled Chicken Melt - The bread and chicken are sooo good. 5/5 My friend tried the Pitawich (falafel & chicken) and said it was really good. Grilled Chicken Platter - Amazing combination of basmati rice, fries, salad, and sauce. 5/5 My friends also tried the Touchdown Lamb Platter and enjoyed it. Portion sizes, especially for the appetizers, are very generous. If you're looking for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere, this is definitely a place to try. They also have hookah, we didn't get a chance to try it yet. On a lighter note , the only small request would be better lighting so we can take nicer pictures of the food... haha! San Antonio badly needed a place like this with good drinks and food, and we finally got it. Perfect spot to watch games and chill. Highly recommended!“

“great pizza, great food, more importantly great people!“

“Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day“

“Enjoyed the single slice of pizza 🍕 very good reminds me of NYC.“

“So I’m on Stone Oak Parkway, and I see a motorized tapeworm of cars backed up into the street.

It’s Raising Cane's. My consumer brain tells me to flee, but I’m sucked into the poultry vortex anyway.

Then, a miracle. This line doesn't just creep; it flies. They’ve cracked quantum mechanics in the kitchen because I’m in and out in a jiffy.

It completely violates fast-food physics. The drive-thru workers are cracking jokes and smiling, which immediately makes me cynical. What are they hiding? Is there a compliance chip in their brains, or are they just slipping happy pills into the Cane’s Sauce?

That orange sludge is an addictive, chemical anomaly that probably violates the Geneva Convention, yet I want to bathe in it.

I haul it home, open the box, and the chicken is still nuclear-hot. And let's be honest: these are the best chicken fingers on the planet. They’ve perfected the assembly-line bird.

Screw your five-star restaurants—give me the high-speed chicken machine every single time.“

“Best burgers n hot dogs the best I've had n really recommend this place giving them a 10 stars“

“come by add see Angel very attentive and nice server. waitress. boneless wings were bomb. nice and fresh food!!!!“

“My order is always correct at every location ive ever visited, because I substitute stuff out. Like bread instead of slaw, and honey mustard instead of Cane's sauce. Associates always smile, ask if you needed anything extra, and I've never ran into or saw any type of confrontation ever happen at any location. Little bit on the higher end for cost but you pay for what you get though! Happy food trails to everyone!“

“I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

Parking: Parking right up front with easy access to the restaurant“

“Such a great spot and close to work for me!! It’s so central to downtown and close to the Pearl. 😊“

“If pizza-making had a hall of fame, Rudy would be inducted on the spot. At Peter Piper Pizza on Commerce, he doesn’t just make pizza—he crafts edible masterpieces with flair and charisma. He’s part magician, part pizza virtuoso. The moment Rudy greeted us, we knew we were in for something special. He recommended the perfect combination, spun that dough like a showman, and the result was pure bliss. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere buzzing, and Rudy? He’s the undisputed Sultan of Pizza, elevating every slice to legendary status!“

“been coming all week everything is good food is hell of good“
