“Me and my son went today for the first time and I have to say it was the absolute best experience. Every single staff member was so nice and very friendly! They explained the menu and made recommendations. To top it off the snacks we got were so delicious. 🤤 got the trifecta agua Fresca and a corn in a cup. We will definitely be back. “We’ve come here a couple of times when we visit my parents and are on this side of town. So we always order 8-10 items. Owner is very attentive and patient with our large complicated order and we are always pleasantly surprised that the total isn’t outrageous!!! Inside is extremely clean and all of our items are always fresh and delicious!! Definitely a fellow micro business!! GO SUPPORT!! You won’t be disappointed!“

“I am picky about ice cream and this place is legit! I love how it's natural ingredients and such unique flavors. Yes, it is kinda pricey, but not more than most ice cream places , and they are homemade and natural. Highly recommend. Their Carmel Salt lick is amazing as is all the flavors really.“

staff is friendly and service is easy and fast.
it’s a very small ice cream parlor but good place to take picture outside the door. Also, it’s more like grab and go place.
free parking in hemisfair is always tough to get. They have few free street parking in front of commonwealth restaurant. But at the side of commonwealth restaurant there’s a paid parking and don’t charge much.
NOTE: I didn’t see a washroom there.“

“Being an ice cream lover, my wife and I had to check out this cool little ice cream shop! Lick Honest Ice Creams definitely isn’t your average place. The flavors are wild — like Roasted Beet & Mint or Goat Cheese with Honey and Thyme. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it and use high-quality, local ingredients.
That said… this place probably isn’t for everyone. If you’re someone who just wants a classic vanilla or chocolate chip, this might not hit the spot. The flavors are creative, but some are a little too out there for my taste.
Staff was really friendly, vibe was chill, and the ice cream was super creamy. I’d say go if you’re in the mood to try something new — but maybe sample first if you’re picky!“

“Come here regularly to bring the kids for snacks. Great service and the churros never disappoint! I’ve tried the empanadas and the chicken salad sandwich which is tasty as well.

“As soon as we walked in we’re were greeted, the owners are very polite and super friendly. Their Chilaquiles and Churros are to die for. Best churros I’ve had living in Texas so far. 100% recommend them for a good meal for breakfast or lunch. They serve Beer too!“

“Get an ice cream waffle cone they are huge!!! And just for 4.00
I was going to take a pic but this Asian reefer smoking older lady asked me for 2.00. Since it was 9pm and didn’t want to dig in my purse in the dark or have her be upset I offered her a palleta or an ice cream cone and of course she took my ice cream cone so didn’t get to taste it but going back to get another one to try. Just go earlier in the day before it gets dark - it’s safer if you can go before 7pm. Area is a little sketchy.“

“We were in town for a teacher’s conference. we stumbled on this magical shop the 2nd night of our trip. We visited the next 3 nights! the ice cream was fantastic and the staff was even better! Dameon was our favorite! They even showed us where their shop was in our home state! We will be visiting that location over Christmas Break!“

“Tenía mucho tiempo sin venir aqui pero con el caloron se antojo una agua fresca. La verdad así como me la saboreaba ya no. Compre coco con nuez y fresas con crema. Estan muy muy watered-down, no tienen ese sabor super delicioso que recuerdo. Estan muy rebajadas de sabor con el hielo pues pedi que no me le sirvieran con mucho hielo pero para esto me di cuenta que el agua fresca ya tiene el hielo mixto en el contenedor y no por separado. Hoy solo fui por el agua fresca pero no me agrado pero volveré a ire de nuevo para llevar a mis hijos por una nieve, pues recuerdo que sus nieves eran sabrosisimas mas la de gansito y mazapán! Espero no me lleve otro mala saboreo...“

“family friendly environment.. empolyees are the best. best manager ever. great food fast service. Far and few amazing people still exist in this world. But let me tell you. This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers thank yall for having amazing employees.we didnt get his name. But thank you sir for making my kings day a very special one..“
