Kid-friendliness: I brought my daughter in with me she's 6 and liked the atmosphere. Its not to loud or too bright she has sensory overload when going out to places due to autism. But she was fine In this establishment.

“Wow, the shaved ice is so amazing, the smoothest and tastiest shaved ice I’ve ever had, it’s even better than the ones in Hawaii, this place will save you a trip to the Hawaiian islands! We order the Wicked Milk which had a lot of flavor and red beans, the red beans were on the bottom of the shaved ice too, and the Wicked Half & Half which has mangoes and strawberry (this one really didn’t have that much flavor at all, I just taste the fruits and milk ice, not sweet at all), so if you like red beans, I would definitely order the Wicked Milk! It was a pretty busy with all the tables taken, thank goodness we had one!“

“A good place to have frozen custard just outside downtown Grapevine. They have an extensive menu with a variety of Sundaes, Shakes and Waffles. In general you can upgrade any of your choices. They also have smaller options for kids. Mind that they don't have dine in service, only drive through and carry out.“

Tonight, my SO and I went out after a long week of working and wanted something sweet.
We were supposed to go to the one next door but I was impressed by how the worker was at the front just standing in front of the register attentive and not on her phone. (I have left many places without ordering because no one cared to greet and would just huddle in the back chatting or being on their phone.) My curiosity took over and I asked if we could go to Mochinut instead.
Yeah, it's just a drink, it ain't that serious but I work in the service industry and it's rare to find someone as neat, attentive, polite and hardworking as this worker. Honestly, it's rare.
The price was a little bit more than most boba places but then I saw the patience of how she carefully measured, stirred the ube before pouring it, leaving no mess. It's in a cute little clear can! And then after sealing it, she checked to see if there's leaks! ? I was so used to seeing my boba tea nonchalantly sliding on the counter and announced before the worker focus on something else that it took me by surprise.
?I'm very attentive to my own work and clients so seeing that, I excitedly pointed it out to my SO whose eyes got bright and impressed, too.
All I want to say that made it memorable for me and I appreciate that. Over a hundred bobas and this one made me remember her. I wish her success wherever she goes, man.

“Who doesn't love cookies? Even those people will probably find a tasty they enjoy at Crumbl. Our family goes to Crumbl almost weekly and this location is a favorite. They are fast and friendly and always have a great selection. It's convenient on my way home from work. If you insist in sharing, don't forget to grab a cutter!“

“This store saved our Thanksgiving dessert plan! We pre-ordered 7 days ago through another Crumbl and showed up tonight to pick it up to be told they were out of almost all the items we ordered. We called this Southlake store and they were super kind and had everything in stock! Our order was ready to go when we walked in, thank you so much!“

“First of all, everything that we have tried here is fantastic. The ONLY downside of this shop is the size. It is a small shop, so they don't have the space for as much variety as other donut shops do.I went on a fairly busy day, and the display case was mostly empty. On a positive note, that means there must be a lot of people that really like the donuts!

Parking: It is the anchor in a very small retail complex, and during busy times it can be a challenge to find a spot.“

“My husband and I enjoy visiting The Baked Bear for a post activity treat! Our first visit, we made ice cream sandwiches with toppings and found that, that was a little too much for us. The next visit, without toppings and different choices was great! I had the bear bowl which was a warmed cookie bottom and the ice cream of my choice on top. This is the perfect combination for me. The staff is happy to give samples of the ice cream flavors available to be sure you enjoy what you order! The place was very tidy and neat each time we have visited.
