“We have been wanting to visit this place from a very long time as we have heard/read/seen a lot of positive reviews about this place. We finally managed to be there this time on my wife’s birthday and have to say they really stood upon their reviews. Both of us are very big fans of Chinese cuisine.

Firstly, their chilly oil is their signature and is really excellent with the perfect kick of flavor on your palette. Their speciality - the hand drawn wide noodles were very delicious and flavorful too. This place was comparatively much more affordable. Their dumpling and wontons were good. Another item of special mention would be their dipping sauce for their spring roll.

“Their Honey Walnut Shrimp will ruin you for anyone else's, it's THE BEST! The batter is crunchy, and the shrimp are tender. The sauce is amazing, sweet but not too sweet. The Salt and Pepper Squid is also very yummy. Make sure to eat it with the browned bits at the bottom of the plate, so good. The staff are very friendly and attentive. “I was very impressed with the food at Dong Bo Sung in Frisco. The quality has improved significantly compared to my visit a few years ago. Every dish was freshly cooked to order, arriving at the table hot and full of flavor.

I highly recommend the Seafood Stir-Fried Noodles—if I remember correctly, it was item #52. The dish looked exactly like the menu photo, which was a pleasant surprise. The vegetables and seafood were perfectly balanced with the sauce, and the noodles were well-coated, making every bite delicious.

The servers were attentive and friendly, frequently checking in on our table without being intrusive. The Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) was served with a thick, rich sauce that had just the right consistency.

The folks here are very polite and friendly. They are a bit pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants I've been to, however it is worth it. The sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice were particularly popular! The portions were generous, and the presentation was neat. “We did a carry out order. It's hard to find great Chinese in this area, and this place was overall fantastic. We are vegetarian and we were pleasantly surprised to see a decently large selection. I'm generally skeptical about westernized Chinese food because often times the sauces are far too sweet or bland, so I don't have high expectations. Here, we got sesame tofu and General Tso Tofu, and both were amazing! Neither were too sweet and even had some spiciness, and the flavors were bold and punchy. We also got stir fry udon and you could truly taste the wok hei, so you know it was cooked well!

Portions sizes were very generous and prices were super reasonable. We paid roughly $60 for 4 dishes and two orders of egg rolls, with tons of leftovers.
