“I want to say the sandwich was ok, but, it was a strange visit. They had fresh wheat rolls, but, couldn't sell them? You can no longer see the meat and cheese tubs through the glass. I like to see what I'm getting. The Ice machine was broken, but, I was offered sone ice from a bag They had in the freezer. She came back with a quarter cup of cubes...which melted when I put the room temp tea in it. The young lady who made my sandwich was nice, but, seemed down. Apparently, she was supposed to be off already, but, just had another three hours added to her shift. So, the food was good. There was just a weird vibe.“

“The food is great, the only negative is how long it takes in line for the single cashier to process each order. If you go during the lunch hour don’t be surprised if you have to wait 15 minutes to give them your order. I would recommend using the app and ordering ahead. You can choose dine in as one of the options.
Other than that one drawback, everything else is great, the food, the service, the attention to order details. Give it a try.“

#7 - TURKEY AND PROVOLONE – Provolone Cheese, Turkey, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.

#9 - CLUB SUPREME - Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.

#13 – THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.
The subs we’re made fresh and tasted delicious!
The veggies were fresh and crispy!

“I went to Katy Deli today for lunch while in town to place an order to-go, the employee was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Club sandwich and added pickles, my food was ready to go in roughly 5 minutes! The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Thank you Katy Deli!“

“Stopped at Subway in Belton, TX. It was a great experience. Amber was supper friendly. She has got to be one of the friendliest server I have encountered. She put Chic-fil-a to shame. I have been to quit a few high end resturaunts and have not received such a friendly welcome as she has given. It is refreshing to encounter someone as friendly as Amber in a fast food establishment.“

“Good Morning! My wife and myself ate lunch yesterday 11/4/25 for lunch from 11:45-1:15. Walked in and was pretty busy but not as busy as we’ve seen before. I stood in line, and watched Mr Chris helped the customers in front of myself, he was by himself. Patiently waited, came our turn he was very apologetic about the wait stating they were short handed up front and his only help was in the bathroom; he took our orders no issues. We went to sit down. We noticed that there was only Ms Allison working the dinning room, she delivered our food was very sweet and through out our stay we were made welcomed and waited on. We noticed that she made sure not only ourselves were great during our stay but she made several trips around the dinning room during the time we were there, and made everyone’s empty drinks were filled, she picked up all the empty plates and even cleaned the tables after taking them to the back. She handled these tasks like a BOSS! We would have stated this to a manager if one came by however, I’m assuming since they were short handed is why we never saw any in the dinning room. There also and another lady delivering food in a green/gray shirt also who seemed polite and helpful we just never interacted with her so don’t know her name.
ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE!!
My wife visited the bathroom when we first arrived, an individual was in the stall crying over the phone to someone, she assumed it was a patron however come to find out it was Mr Chris’s help at the front counter. She was in the bathroom from the time we arrived for 25 mins the first time she came out to help, and then she helped about two customers before we saw her ran back to the bathroom again and was there for another 15mins before we left so don’t know how long afterwards she stayed in there. Everyone has bad days emotional days but leaving her fellow co workers during lunch rush and short handed isn’t ok, but We prayed for her that whatever was wrong with her that she’s ok“

What really stood out, though, was the service ⭐ A young lady named Candace was incredibly professional and attentive. At least that was the name listed on the receipt..
The one with the sweet specs! 👓 I honestly almost thought she was the owner or general manager! 💼✨ She made the whole experience smooth, friendly, and welcoming 😊

“I arrived around lunch and the two girls working the counter were very busy with lunch rush. They were both so kind and patient with everyone even though they were slammed. In this world sadly that's a rarity and it's something to be said about that subway location. Food was great as well!“
