“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

“My car broke down and I managed to get it into the parking lot at 7Brew. I was stuck there for 3 hours while I waited for the tow truck. The staff was so friendly and sweet and they checked on me and brought me cold water and a very tasty lemonade.

“We were here for a baby shower and it was the best one I have ever been to. The bar staff were great, they were slinging drinks quick! And they were so nice too. I love all the specials they had going on, which were posted don the chalk wall behind the bar. Btw there is a thing called train shots, every time the train passes they do $2 shots. The back patio was fantastic! Plenty of room with lots of tables and a stage for live music. Kids are allowed till 8. So it was great to see them all running around. And there were 2 good trucks to get some grub. We will be back for sure, baby shower or not.“

“The food and service is really great. I have yet to try any lunch items, but their breakfast tacos are excellent. I love their bean, cheese and bacon, their bacon, egg, and cheese, and the barbacoa. I highly recommend this place. Update, I tried their country and egg, the potato, egg, and cheese, the beef enchiladas plate, carne guisada, and the ordinary, and they were all great. My favorite breakfast when I eat in, is the huevos rancheros, with bacon, potatoes, and refried beans. Their tortillas are the bomb. I highly recommend this location.“

Had to wait 25 minutes for a table we were 8 minutes late for but the good news was we could grab a great variety from the salad bar, including pork belly, bacon and lobster bisque and eat it at the bar.
