“Jorge's takes Mexican food to the next level! Unbelievable grilled shrimp, beef, and chicken fajitas! Portions are huge, perfectly grilled and seasoned. Street corn and the black beans were delicious. Margaritas were strong, flavorful, and refreshing! We visited on Fathers Day with reservations and were seated promptly. Service was exemplary, friendly and helpful!“

“These are the most amazing tacos I have had. I left Northwest Arkansas and came down to Austin and had many tacos, from many spots along the way. These were the best! We drove over an hour the next day back to the Taqueria for some more!! Must try, if you haven't. The watermelon agua fresca was amazing as well.

“My co-worker goes here often and speaks highly of it so we decided to go try it out last night. I had a chile relleno and it was very good. 10/10 recommend. Our server was so nice and polite too and on our way out, someone followed up with us to make sure everything had gone well (it had). We will absolutely be back. I was a big fan of their salsa.“

It is a self-service, casual dining restaurant. You go through a line to order, and you go to the counter to pick up your tray of food when it is ready. Not bad, but just not very special. However... Their Taco Tuesday is a fantastic deal, and I go every chance I get. Sometimes for lunch, and sometimes for dinner. They make their own tortillas, and I love them. They have butter and honey to spread on a fresh, hot tortilla, and I love that, too! Best of all, they have a pico/salsa bar where you can get all of the pico, jalapenos (pickled or fresh), salsa (mild, medium, and hot), cilantro, limes, etc. that you care to put on your tacos/food. I live for Tuesdays!“

“We have been eating at this restaurant for well over 3 years and tried quite an array of their food including the tacos. We've also visited quite a few other locations and businesses they didn't measure up to this place. This restaurant has the most delicious versions of each item and takes great care in putting your meals together. We recommend their Pizza Dilla, any one of their tacos especially lingua and carne asada. But our ultimate favorite item is the torta cubana sandwich! If you want to turn your whole day into pure joy you must try the sandwich!!! Our favorite drink is the melon drink on ice. It tastes like cantaloupe juice with just a little pulp. Plus they have incredible staff that are so sweet and helpful and accommodating. Highly highly recommend checking this spot out!“

“Ate here for the first time tonight and live a mile away but never tried it . The service was outstanding our waiter Lorenzo was attentive and personable and never left a drink half empty and had great recommendations on food. We had the fajitas with chicken, steak, bacon wrapped shrimp, bbq ribs. As well as queso con carne and an order of carnitas . Don’t sleep on getting the carnitas . Dang. The Gm is super friendly as well and I let him know we were very impressed with the service as well as quality of food . If you are in the Waco area come check this place out you won’t leave disappointed.“
