After a year of not going to BWW, we decided to give it a chance again. We thought surely they have changed. So we went in Sunday to the Wolfforth location and Service was terrible. We sat down and no one ever came to ask us what we wanted. We left after 15 minutes. It was around 5:30 and there were hardly any people there. Looks like no one is running the show. I do not recommend their take-out. I called in an order and showed up 20 minutes later. They show no record of my call and an order was never placed. They spent about 10 minutes in the back talking about the order and then proposed an option to re-order. They said it would take about 25 minutes and I just walked out. Waited over a hour and a half for our dinner. Our waiter was fine until our food wasn’t showing up, then he disappeared.
I called to speak to a manager. They didn’t have one on staff. Only a trainee who needed to call the actual manager because he didn’t know how to handle it. Supposedly the kitchen quit.
You go out to eat for convenience. I didn’t even get to eat. My husband’s never came. Ended up leaving and ordering Wing Stop.
