“Good Sandwiches. Very Customer Friendly in Store. We ate inside the restaurant recently there were quite a few workers so everything was taken care of extremely fast. They even cleared our table after eating while we continued to talk. Drive thru experience is Exceptional as well.“

“Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!“

“Here’s the Real Deal! I’m asked to give reviews time to time, but I can only be honest about each company and what they provide. I decided to try Schlotzsky’s after church on 82nd Street in Lubbock TX. The premises were clean, the service was amazing & the sandwich was Outstanding. I bought a large & almost ate the entire sandwich because it was So Good. Fresh bread & fresh ingredients made me smile while eating. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Awesome Job Team🥰💙❤️!!! BL“

“From a scale of 1-10, I give this store a 100!! Always has the best customer service when I'm in the store. The young lady (name starts with a G) that works during the lunch hour is by far amazing!
