“This place rocks! First off, the wait was maybe 2 minutes, during a lunch rush. I almost wanted a longer wait so I could take in the environment before being seated. A very cute place. All the serving staff seemed happy and full of energy. Our server, Heather was AMAZING! Very attentive, patient, and kind. The food was good, my fish was a bit on the salty side, but nothing to complain about. This place needs to be franchised and each one needs a server like ours. ?“

“My family has eaten at the Lubbock location many times. The food has always been delicious and the service excellent. Last night our server was Landon and I cannot even properly express how fantastic the service was. My whole family was impressed. We thought he was a waiter trained at a large city five star restaurant. We were incorrect. He became a server at a Country Club in Lubbock, left there and started at Abuelo's. The food was excellent as always and Landon is a superstar waiter!“

“Had never been before and not a billiard person , but took out of town friends to check it out. Terrific service and drinks by Suede All the food was excellent. The cook cane out and asked us also. Guy takes pride in his dishes and it shows. Will definitely be back.“

“The best Thailand dishes in Lubbock, Thai Pepper offers a wide variety of Thailand dishes that Americans will enjoy. The owner, Nun, runs a fantastic restaurant with the most polite and helpful employees in Lubbock. The food is all delicious and I encourage you to stop by and try the Chicken Fried Rice or their Noodles Dish with Shrimp. The eggrolls and dipping sauce are delicious. Lubbock give her restaurant a try.“

“I LOVE Torchys BUT this location is always packed and loud because of the college. My order was not sent to the kitchen by the kiosk ( I personally dislike kiosks especially when there's workers standing there staring at you doing nothing) 😑 therefore my order had to be retaken by a human and confirmation I paid...thank God for instant bank app confirmations lol. The tacos are the best tho my hubby always gets the trashy trailer, I've tried them and also the shrimp baja and salmon ( mr orange) always awesome!“

“Hands down the best Indian food in Lubbock!
The owner, Paul, is incredibly kind and welcoming, truly the heart of the restaurant. He does it all: cook, server, host, and he does it all exceptionally well. You can feel the care he puts into every part of the experience.
The food is super authentic, always fresh, and bursting with flavor. We always order the Murg Mirch Masala (extra hot!) with naan. It’s absolutely delicious and leaves us craving more every time.
There can be a bit of a wait since everything is made fresh, so I recommend calling ahead. But trust me, it’s so worth it.
This place has become one of our all-time favorite spots, and I’ll always recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Indian food in Lubbock!“

“Coming home from the DMV I decided to get a quick bite and chose Taco Villa. I got a #6, 2 crunchy beef tacos and a 32 oz root beer, my husband wanted 2 soft beef tacos. They gave me enough mild salsa so I could smother my tacos but they were SO good, a nice, thick slice of tomato and shredded cheddar, oh, yum! I order for delivery a lot and will add this store, can't wait to try a taco salad if they have it.“

“One of THE BEST Taco Villa's I've been to in along time. The cashier was friendly and the mangers were nice. Everyone was really cheerful and seemed to enjoy being at work. That helped to make my dining experience so much better. The food was hot and delicious. The cashier helped with our substitutions on our orders, and our food was done and out quickly. Would recommendation this location!“

“Taco Villa at 79th and Milwaukee is, in my opinion, the best Taco Villa in Lubbock. The people working here are fast, friendly and really work to make the place something special. I bring my grandkids here to eat and play in the indoor playground. They love it here. The food is consistently the best tasting and prepared just how we like it. The management does a great job of keeping this place in great order. Any time, day or night, you can count on the quality showing through at this store.“

“Ive had sprinkles before they came to Lubbock, and the cupcakes were always good. However, for some reason unbeknownst to me, i say chains come to lubbock to die. 2nd day of operation in the city of lubbock and my cupcakes were hard dry and old. How do you manage to do that so quickly? The cupcakes did not meet the standard. Not only did they not meet the standard, over priced as well. Go to D'Lish in lubbock. Locally owned. Actually made "fresh with the finest ingredients." A simple fix for sprinkles, either add more water or more oil to make it moist. Any baker would know to add more liquid. (You can tell sprinkles doesn't know what they're doing) experience is the best teacher ??♂️??♂️
Update: recently gave another try, the cupcakes have improved so much! Its like a whole different quality cupcake! Moist and soft. Taste great! It now tastes like I remember the other sprinkles Ive been to.“
