“I love Mexican fast food, and this place is with out a doubt the best I have ever had. Its better than a lot of the nicer sit down restaurants I have been to. The Taco Lite is amazing, and a must have. The Combination Burrito is also fantastic. You will never go wrong eating here.“

“Every time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. These select workers also know my order by heart. The food always comes out great, with no problems, and I’ve never had a mistake in my orders from here. They know what they are doing. However, the only thing they need to work on is professionalism with some of their staff. Yesterday, I saw none of the people that knew me, but the ones that were there were rude. They barely acknowledged me, and were cussing left and right loud enough for the dining room to hear. When asked for assistance in ordering, they kind of laughed amongst each other, finished their conversation, and then decided to come let us order. I’ve never had an issue with Raising Canes, being my favorite chicken restaurant, however, it was yesterday where I saw that the management needs to teach their staff professionalism at work. Either way, the food was out fast and it was great.“

Parking: The parking lot wasn't especially functional because of the cars trying to exit quickly from the drive thru.“

I’ve NEVER been to a Whataburger in my life that has such nice and kind people, spectacular food AND quick service! “Came to this Taco Bell at 11:30pm and ordered at the drive thru. Bro answered the window immediately, asked for my card, and handed me my food before the card finished processing! “Normally I don't rate chain restaurants 5 stars as a rule, unless I found some particularly good crawfish etouffee. But I'm trying to adhere to a vegan or very vegan-adjacent diet lately and it turns out that if you're in Lufkin Taco Bell is pretty much your only Vegetarian/Vegan-adjacent option. To that end, once you strip out the cheese, sour cream and meat it's actually pretty decent, dare I say, good, food. This location is convenient when shopping in the area there and is generally pretty clean. My service rating needs a grain of salt, I use the kiosk to order so good service has a pretty low bar.“

“Normally one of the best McDonald’s around. Prompt service and hot food. Disappointed last night, I received my DQP/cheese with only the top of the bun and no bottom. Too long to go back through the line. It was good just harder to eat. I get it, it happens. Not mad, will be back just disappointed!“
