But when you are jonesing for good sushi, this place fits the bill. The sweet Asian couple that owns and run Fuji really care about your experience and want to provide excellence (in a Marble Falls kind of way). We love it and try to visit weekly.“

“Very nice lunch at Ginger & Spice and loved how management made sure my daughter’s meal was gluten free! We ordered the Spring Rolls, Taste of Ginger, and Basil Fried Rice (gluten free). Spring Rolls were fresh and tasty with an excellent peanut sauce for dipping. Both main dishes were very good and plentiful for a lunch meal…we enjoyed every bite! Good food and wonderful service!“
