“This was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. We ordered 6 pcs of toro as an appetizer and my cousin ordered the Omakase roll (chef's choice)... and it was an all toro roll! It was AMAZING! There were 6 of us dining, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. Aside from the Omakase roll, my other favorites were the Napa Valley Roll and the Salmon Lover roll. (I'm allergic to shellfish, so I couldn't taste everything we all ordered, but there wasn't a piece left on a plate when we were done). I wish we had a place like this where we live in Maryland!“
“Poke was nice and fresh, but the only thing that didn't make sense was why you have to pick two of the side choices between the pineapple, crab salad, seaweed salad, etc, I feel like those choices should be incorporated in the sides that are already included without an extra dollar charge. I know that when I've gone to other poke spots the only thing that is extra to add is any additional proteins or avocado.“
“Wanted tempura but didn't want to mess with it at home. So we thought we'd try this place, close to home. It was a great choice! We ordered a variety of appetizers, and each one was very good to excellent. The dressing on the sumomoto salad is more than just ponzu, it's like a hint of flowers with it, the spicy tuna tacos are a smart idea and fun, the Heart Attack is rich with avo and cream cheese, and the belly was tender and mild teriyaki flavored, just delicious. Large amount of tempura for an app too, and Jay was attentive and polite, thank you, Jay. My only complaint is the paper napkin, smaller and thinner than I needed. The prices, though, are excellent in today's world, and we'll be returning to sit at the sushi bar next time. Go try it, you won't be disappointed.“
“We just love this place, the sushi is way better than you would think and they are all about the service! Super cute inside and they have a little mini bar too. They do take out and delivery services will deliver it for you if needed. My daughter's favorite is their boba tea and escolar sashimi.Don't let the location fool you, or do and we can keep eating here every week without a wait. :)“
“If I could give this place 100 star rating, I would. This is the best sushi I have ever had…. I have been around the world to multiple places and not one place compares to Sushi Moto. The flavour is phenomenal. The sauce on each roll was delicious. Words do not do this place justice. Thank you for serving the best rolls. The service was the best and so personable. The sushi was a masterpiece of art. I will be coming back often!!“
“This is a really great sushi place especially if you looking for something fast and tasty. I personally thought that it tasted pretty fresh and they were willing to accommodate my allergy restrictions. Definitely willing to go back give it a try!“
“Came to this Soto location for my birthday and the experience could not have gone better! We rarely dine out because we have a 2 year old, and well, if you know, you know. Well, our waitress (Yvonne) and the other servers, made us feel right at ease from the start. Food and drinks came out fast! Everything was fresh and as expected. Our son loved their sushi and especially our waitress haha My only complaint, and why this isn’t a true 5 star review, is the cocktail options. I really couldn’t find any cocktails that looked like I would love it, and the one I gave a chance to based on a recommendation was $15. Because we paid so much for it, we drank as much as we could but yeah it wasn’t great. I would have liked more fruity cocktail options. Aside from that, everything was 5 stars! We will definitely be back.“
“I've eaten here a few times and it is great for a quick fix of ramen and/or sushi. Food is good for a fast casual restaurant, and the lady that greets and waits tables is very fast, efficient, and friendly (though she doesn't speak much English).“
“Must make a reservation! They offer omakase and à la carte options. Sushi is fantastic! The interior is beautiful and the seating is Japanese-style. Really love the Red Crane roll. The wagyu just melts in your mouth!! So delicious. The Kane hand roll is really good-has avocado and unagi. Yummy!! The only complaint is that there are not enough bathroom stalls.“
“The restaurant has a great selection of delicious and affordable Japanese food. I’ve ordering here for a while now and the fishes are always fresh and the sushi pieces are big. They have an amazing gyoza and special sushi rolls. Also, they offer lunch specials with a great price (Monday to Saturday from 11:00-2:30pm).“
“Awesome food, display, service and atmosphere. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the japanese 'Kodawari'. We sat at the bar and each plate of sushi came out with a perfect display while the itamae perfectly sliced the fish with the immaculately sharpened knife! Great experience.“
“They really sell you on the all you can eat sushi, make sure to read the rules before making that decision though! The staff were all very nice, and very attentive. Out of all of the rolls we had, there was only one I wasn't very fond of. Otherwise the quality was wonderful!“
“My mom and I went on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. Which was really nice for a casual weekend lunch. We got the Shrimp Dynasty and Garlic beef. + the scallion pancake, and shrimp spring rolls. Nicole was our waitress, who was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She was kind, and attentive. She spoke to us like we had been there many times before, Making us feel incredibly welcome. She did an amazing job at providing suggestions on what to eat, as well really delicious wine pairings. The hostess was super nice as well. The whole team who work here are fantastic. The food is super yummy. My biggest regret is not coming to eat in person sooner. As I had only ordered from the sushi menu for delivery. Please stop by! 10/10!“
“Goya is one of my favorite Korean restaurants. I love the spicy pork bulgogi, the spicy squid, and the miso soup, and salad. The squid tasted super fresh and the owner said their food is homemade. I like to support local, family run businesses, like Goya. Service was fast and their atmosphere was relaxing. I typically go during lunch, and there is a lunch menu with lower prices. My 5 year old daughter’s favorite dish is the vegetable udon noodles. Thank you, Goya, for the great food and service!“
“I must I have gone to many sushi restaurants. I truly enjoyed this restaurant. The sushi was so fresh and tasty. Great vegetarian options. Well worth the price. I feel you would enjoy the service and ambiance. Great for dining in or takeout. Average money spent will be probably 40 to 80 dollars due to so many great options. Great for leftovers the next day. I will definitely come back again. I don't give 5 stars out very easily. Thank you for Great sushi. Enjoy.“
“Perfect place for Japanese food. Spectacular sushi, delicious yakitori (like the grilled chicken skewers), and Sapporo on tap. What more could you want?Don’t miss the house salad with the miso dressing. If it weren’t rude, I would have licked the bowl.“
“Midori NEVER fails to impress me and remain the best sushi place in Austin!! Highly recommend the Marilyn Monroe roll!! And their Midori sauce is to DIE for! I cannot stress enough with how amazing everything about this place is! I wish I could afford to go more often!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options available“
“We first went here last New Year's Eve because it was close and we live sushi. We used to enjoy the sushi at Rock n Roll but was not a fan of the atmosphere. This is our new favorite and it is a pleasant, quiet, non-sportsbar atmosphere. Happy Hour prices are great, too. It's so nice to get what some might charge $100 for about $55 before tip.“
“Really great lunch specials and portions!Had the Cedar park roll with a salad, great value and delicious!Loved the tuna shashimi with the wasabi root topping!Shrimp shumai was really great too, just wish it had more than 4!Looking forward to coming back here!“
“Nice place, good food, was charged $5 for a refill to go, so be careful ordering refills to go, and nice atmosphere. Seems like place is always too packed. Maybe they should expand so you don't feel so cramped.Parking: LotsKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“What a fantastic ramen restaurant! It’s in a new complex in Cedar Park which a friend of mine “found.” We went on a Friday night, it was busy but there were enough tables. The ordering was a little tricky (especially for first timers!) because you ordered on a tablet on the wall. Fortunately, there are photos of the food so you don’t waste time reading! The food was absolutely fabulous- the ramen was hot, flavourful and the noodles tasted fresh (not sure about this.) We all enjoyed our meals and we will definitely be going back! This ramen place is worth a visit!“
“This place is a hidden gem for reals! We had the bento box with galbi, spicy fish soup, and a spicy salmon roll. The tempura in the box was the best I've had in Austin. The spicy fish soup included prawns, mussels, fish, AND tofu!! The portions are excellent, flavors were on point, all with great service! Will be visiting again for sure.“
“Don't let the name fool you, Momo Sushi is way more than just rolls! Their katsu and curry dishes are seriously flavorful and satisfying. I'm also eyeing their udon, which looks amazing. Of course, the sushi is fresh and delicious as well. Perfect spot when you're craving a variety of Japanese flavors.“
“Excellent service, entertaining chef, and great food. Owner and staff were very friendly and it’s a great place for birthdays and special occasions. The also found my credit card and held it safe for me! Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and even gave my birthday girl a gift pair of chopsticks!“
“I LOVE this place and have been coming here for years. The service is great and everyone is so nice. I have never had a bad experience until today. The tofu I ordered tasted of old oil or something or as if they needed to clean their fryer. I could tell it was flavored well but their was a weird taste of burnt or old oil and it was hard to enjoy it. Still would recommend this place but if King Noodle is reading, please clean your fryer. Love y’all, though! ?“
“Found my new local sushi place! Only thing is, if you want alchohol, it is "BYOB". So, I was a little sad they did not have Saki, but will rememeber for next time! We got there on a Friday night, and was getting more packed as we were eating. They do have outdoor seating as well, but weather was a little damp. Inside there was not that many tables, but had the sushi bar as well. We had a two person table in the middle. I am just happy they were playing "mellow" music, as a lot of sushi places think they have to play that "dance" music stuff! We know from previous experience what a great fish "Escolar" is. Saw on the appetizer section, "Chili Escolar" which came in a ponzu sauce...so good! Then, we got Sushi (4 pieces) and Nigiri (1 piece). Sushi, we knew we wanted the Fatty Salmon. Since other fishes we were not sure, we got the nigiri, since 1 piece. We got 1-Hamachi (Yellow tail), 1-Hirame (Flounder), but the best we got 1 each of was the Suzuki (Sea Bass). All, we will get again! (*forgot pics, as we ate them quickly)! Then, we went onto rolls. Now, I don't usually like Spicy Tuna, and my husband got those. I tried them and actually like them! He got the "Spicy Tatki Roll" and "The Mexican Roll". I got the " Jay's signature roll" and "Spider Roll". All was great! We will be back to try more!“
