“A friend told me about this place and a sandwich called the pig. I drove from Shreveport and it was worth the drive. I got the pig sandwich and beans and potato salad…everything was delicious . Restaurant was very clean. Staff very friendly and my server was great. And great bbq sauce. A good down home family feeling place. I’m so glad I went and I will definitely be back…great job Porkys!!!!!!“

“We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Tonight we were there and our food was soooo good!! I had the shrimp tacos and garlic fries, husband had the shrimp and crawfish pasta, and my mother in law had the gumbo. We all left full and happy!“

“Rűeggenbach hosted our annual campus Christmas party and they knocked it out of the park! Shana was very easy to work with and thought of all the details. They were accommodating with our menu choice and options, times, date, and the venue. We rented the first floor and rooftop for our event and there was plenty of room for our 60 guest. Did I mention the spectacular views of the square in Marshall from the roof top at Christmas? They even sent home Togo boxes for our left over food. Thank you Tex and Shana for an excellent night! We will definitely be back.“
