Our server montrae was great! We came to celebrate and he made sure that we never had to hound him down for anything not even refills. He had wonderful customer service and he was so funny! Will definitely come back.
Hello, I was here the other night when the waiter collapsed and had a medical condition. Donna, the manager was amazing. She took care of him while he was down like a loving mother. I give Donna so much credit for being professional and caring. When the guy fell down, she managed to be there with him until the ambulance came. She told everyone to give him and her staff room to help him while he was on the ground. Kudos to you Donna!! That is what great managers do.
We’ve been regulars at this location for a few years now. The staff is amazing, whether it is the hosts, bartenders, or managers we love them all. I do have to give extra kudos to the management here, they take the time to get to know their guests and always stop to say hi when time permits. One manager in particular, Donna is usually busy keeping the kitchen moving but recently had to handle an unexpected emergency. Chili's Grill & Bar offers a variety of delicious meals like ancho salmon and Santa fe burger. The restaurant provides plenty of vegetarian options and has lots of parking available. The food is always great and the staff is amazing, making it an easy family-friendly choice. The food is up to the usual Chili's standards. However, the service was lackluster and can be a bit slow and short-staffed at times. Overall, Chili's Grill & Bar is a good place to enjoy a meal.
