“Tonight there was a misunderstanding with another customers order and our wasn't made as a result.
We got there and the manager explained why our food wasn't ready and apologized, made it fresh, gave us two free drinks and some cookies.
Wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture. Good was good and the manager's genorocity was great.“
“Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉“
