“I've been many times but as a diabetic it's not very often. The food is always delicious and the people there very friendly. If language is a little bit of a barrier, have patience the ladies will work to get you exactly what you want. Their customer service is great! Their ice cream is absolutely one of the best in the area, They actually own an ice cream manufacturing place in Dallas and supply a lot of mobile ice cream guys and fruiterias around Dallas. They make quality ice cream and it's delicious because they use ingredients that make it so great, you will taste the difference!“

“Awesome location with an awesome staff! I was sad when Dairy Queen went out of business in this area, but now I’m very happy because it allowed me to try this place and I have grown to love Braums very much.

But this location in particular is just very well ran and has very sweet and personable employees working for them. Thank y’all very much for a great experience every time I go.

“I had the pleasure of dining at this location with my son tonight.Watched Whitney(manager) greet , and say goodbye to every single customer that walked in (even when they didn’t do it back ) with a smile on her face . She ran around from freezer to the counter to drive thru . Made sure the customers enjoyed their meal. Truly amazing . And when I told her good job, she brought up her team ! “They have great burgers and fries and the cod is also a great option if you’re not wanting to do a burger. All of the frozen treats are super yummy. They do a real good job of keeping everything clean and tidy. All of the staff seems to be doing everything to make it a good experience“

“I took my whole family here and it was bright, clean, and well organized. The chairs were clean and when my son spilled yogurt on the chair, the young lady helped us clean it up. We had tart, and chocolate and both were richer and creamier than other frozen yogurt we have tried in other places. I had to use the restroom while there and would definitely poop here again. It was clean and well stocked.“

“The Tres Leches is one of the best items on the menu. It’s so moist, light, and the whipped cream with cinnamon tops off the flavor in the cake. I would go to Crumbl just to get that or whatever looks good on the weekly menu. Definitely recommend this place to others.“

“The Rockwall location has employees that will acknowledge you. It has many delicious choices. The Rowlett location-not so much. The Rowlett location did not acknowledge me and had no vanilla ice cream. They could not make malts and something was wrong with the hot fudge dispenser.“
