“I live in midland but i work out of monahans and ive been to the midland and odessa Bushs chicken, and the Monahans location is the best Bushs out there. The chicken is always fresh and juicy so shout out to the employees at this location for staying consistnt and management as well!“

“Traveled west on interstate 20 about 15 years ago. Decided we needed to find good Texas bbq. Exited at Monaghan’s Texas and found pappys. Bought the brisket and we knew we found the best brisket in west Texas. Great memories. Thank you Cindy Roberts“

“Went last Friday and the special was Chicken Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak. Ordered the chicken fried steak and then they offered to make it steak fingers if we preferred. We go the steak fingers and they were outstanding!! Highly recommend the food here!“
