“Tried this place on a whim and now we visit regularly. Introduced it to my coworkers and now we eat here once a week. Chicken is always hot from the fryer, juicy and delicious. My husband braves the hottest and I stop hating hot. Restaurant is clean and staff are nice. Doesn't hurt they are from Tennessee like me. ?“
“I have been eating at Church’s Chicken for over 40 years. They double bread the chicken. The breading and crunch can’t be beat. They have the best fried okra of any fast food restaurant. My Mom loves the breast, I love the legs and my daughter loves the tenders. We like the corn on the cob, the mashed potatoes with either brown or cream gravy and the honey butter biscuits. We were traveling and knew that fresh made chicken would be at Church’s. We were not disappointed.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are listed on their menu, but we love the fried okra breading, the mashed potatoes and graveys, corn on the cob and jalapeños.“
“Went through the drive-through, and everything was fine until I got to the window and paid for the food. They said those dreaded 4 letter words that no one wants to hear. PULL UP AND WAIT. I waited for 25 minutes. Was it worth the wait??? It's Popeyes! Nuff said.“

“It was very good. The gal at the drive-thru window made my day as she really stood out as someone who loves life and really cared about her customers. She ought to be cloned as she was perfect. Maybe they can move her to corporate so she can fix the whole company by finding many more people just like her. The food was great too. Much like how KFC used to be. This location is night and day better than any other in the greater Houston area.“
“Love that chicken from Popeye's! My favorites are the chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. A Louisiana native here, I've been a fan of Popeye's since they first opened there. I've even seen Al Copeland's house all decked out for Christmas.“
“I stopped here on my way back to Lafayette from Houston to have lunch (I was starving). The cashier who took my order was very polite and patient and I got my food promptly. It was delicious. I will stop by again if I'm ever headed to Houston.“
