“Food was delicious, service was great except it was disappointing when they asked us if we celebrated an occasion but then didn't really make it special so don't except them to bring out anything to make someone feel special because they don't do that.“

“The Oar House in Rockwall was an amazing Valentine’s dinner experience. Everything from the food to the service was absolutely top-notch. The seabass was cooked perfectly — flavorful, tender, and one of the best I’ve had. My wife ordered the steak, and it was incredibly tender and cooked exactly right. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The service was flawless from start to finish. The manager, Will, did an outstanding job ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had a great experience. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. “My first dish there was earlier this year it was amazing the owner husband prepared it, I returned on December 23,2024 an it was unsatisfied. The pork cheeks were burnt ,pasta was very adente. Well the owner wife had it remade same problem. Now it's not my favorite dish anymore.“

“My mom and I came to eat here yesterday for lunch. We had the bruschetta, which is by far the best bruschetta I have ever had. It is so unique and flavorful and could be a meal of its own if you’re looking for a light meal. The house salad was so fresh! I had the pasta and she had the chicken piccata. In my opinion, this is better than Maggiano’s! You can tell they put a lot of love into their food (compliments to the chefs) and I’m just so grateful to have such a lovely and healthy restaurant so close to home because it’s hard to find good food these days. “We use Pizza Vibes for take out. Specifically, they have a GLUTEN FREE pizza that is really good and size-able too.

I have tried GF pizzas from other places and they are always very small and not big enough to share.

All the toppings are great here too. Pepperoni done just right, where it curls up just a little. We also had a Margherita pizza that had a perfect blend of ingredients with a tasty bit of garlic.

I wish I had taken pictures, but we ate it all too fast!

Anyway, the food my family and I have had here has always been fresh and delicious! I can give them four stars in total.
But the garlic bread we ordered wasn't even close to garlic bread.It just looked like a bread with butter.
The cheese bread was good .Also we ordered spinach calzone it was just ok .“

“I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the food. The wings are a good size and we really liked the buffalo sauce. The pizza was a good size. I dont think I like their bbq sauce but over all the bread and cheese was good. Ill order a different kind of pizza next time. I also had a Greek salad, and it also was a nice size. Being that the price was good and the size of the food I got was good, I woild say this is a good value, so I will definitely be back.“

They only take cash, Zelle, or Cash App—not a problem these days. I had the Chicken Murphy—flavorful sauce, perfectly cooked mushrooms, just the right kick—absolute chef’s kiss! My husband had spaghetti with marinara and Italian sausage, with generous portions and a homemade-tasting sauce. He now says this is our place, only thing is, it is an hour away from where we live. But I will visit when I am in town! Sausage supreme thin crust is the best. “Ordered takeout for the first time tonight. Was not disappointed.
The calamari is super yummy and they actually give you a whole lemon for it. I have never experienced that at an Italian joint. The manicotti I ordered was STUFFED with ricotta and had plenty of cheese on top. I also received 4 huge complimentary bread rolls covered in butter and parm. Hostess at the front was super adorable and really nice. This is my new comfort food place <3 thanks y'all!!“
