“I dropped in today with my four kids and my mom, who had never been. Everyone was so helpful and kind, patient with sampling flavors while we were trying to decide what to get. I love the vibe here and everything is just so fresh and creamy. Having the allergens listed on each flavor is great for those with sensitivities! A must visit spot especially in the hot summer months!“

“Still delicious ice cream, but it was sweltering hot in there, my ice cream was dripping melting when they handed it to me. Been coming here since I was a kid and it was always pleasant and delicious. Now you gotta run out of there because it’s hot and you’ll be sweating if you eat your ice cream there while it’s melting on your hand from the moment they hand it to you. Not sure if it’s a new manager or owner who thought they’d be the only ice cream shop to keep the AC either off or between 80-90degrees Fahrenheit. 😞. Will definitely take mine to go next time, seems they took out most of the tables and the bar seating by the windows. May as well go to drive through model if it’s being made purposely unpleasant for dine in customers to eat their fast-melting ice cream. Seems everywhere is like this now except Chick-fil-et, Canes and anything Tilman Fertita owns, ‘give us your 💵 & go away.’ Used to be a consistent 5 Star experience, now I’d give it 3 just based on the delicious ice cream, not much else.“

“My grandkids and I I love DQ food and treats. We go at least once a week and order thru Uber often. Usually, the staff is friendly and professional. This last visit, the counter girl spoke so low I could barely hear her and she acted like I was a burden to take my order. I thought I was being too critical, but when we sat down my 7 year old grandkids said 'That girl acted like she didn't like us'. They asked to eat outside because she made them uncomfortable.“
