“When I tell you, these donuts were soft, fresh and delicious. They are the best donuts that I’ve had at any snowflake donuts that I have ever went to any of the surrounding towns… We also got a large sauces and cheese kolache. The bread was soft and moist perfectly cooked light brown. These people really know what they’re doing when it comes to donuts…“

“I took a donut cooking class at Sur la Table so I have learned why donuts at some shops are soft and fluffy and at others they are tough and chewy. The dough cannot be rolled out more than twice before the texture gets unpleasant, but many shops roll them out additional times to cut costs.

I do not believe this shop overworks their dough because the donuts are absolutely perfect every time.

I have only two complaints … I do wish they had custard-filled maple bars, and I wish they were open a bit longer. But, I would rather they did a few offerings well than try to offer everything but the donuts are chewy or stale.“
